Very unsatisfactory product For starters, the 'Lifelong' egg boiler worked once. The second time, the power light came on but the heating plate did not get hot. The measuring cup markings are impossible to read. You need to check the manual every time for how much water to use. The plastic needle on the bottom of the measuring cup is a joke. After breaking two eggs trying to pierce them once with the short, blunt 'needle' I gave up. Such a disappointment.

I had the same issue and some basic fault finding was that the Temprature Cut off was open circuit. Purchased 3 from Noon for 15 AED and fixed the problem

Stopped working after hardly 5 days of use. can't even return it now. Poor quality stuff.

Very bad quality, we understand plastic move inside, no auto-stop, they stop only when water finished. Very high to delivery 1 month

I am not promote Chinese products and even didn't buy if I know before buy. However the problem is good and easy to operate. Worth the money. I received the product without any packing and it is visible to everyone that it's egg boiler. My Neighbours are pure vegetarian and it's looks bad when they come to know we cook egg at home. So it should be avoided

It just worked once, tried to boil eggs the second term it isn't heating up.

Only reason I'am giving them 5 star is for their after sales service, for whatever reason the product stopped working i contacted the customer care and immediately they refunded my money. Never had such an awesome service from any seller on Amazon. I have other products from life long they are doing good. The product was excellent as long as it worked boil time was fast, auto shut off, no water leakage, wire length is short and material quality was good. I could make poach egg without sticking i even made Rava idlies in quick time it was value for money.. I just noticed the product is back and may buy it again.

After using for more than a year, the plastic egg holder got brittle and broken. I contacted the manufactures for a replacement sparepart for which I am ready to pay. But they said they will not keep spareparts for this product. This is bad. Now I am boiling eggs by putting them directly on the heating plate. the manufacturer Lifelong must keep spareparts atleast for the parts which are prone to damage. Remaining the product is good and still working well.
