Not one to leave reviews, but I am amazed. Chat GPT lead me to these patches, I asked it to find me the best on the market for deep, cystic acne. You can actually feel the micro-darts as they press into your skin (not painful but you feel them), left them (I had two EVIL massive cystic spots on my chin) on for 7 hours and was so happy in the reduction. Had they fully gone? No. Had they shrunk massively, yes! I ended up doing three patches on each spot (as I say, they were big and angry!) and to the naked eye there is now no visible bump. I can’t quite believe it. I can feel a slight lump still underneath but I’ll take that any day. These types of spots usually take 2-3 weeks (+) to reach this stage and that’s me using Benzyl Peroxide and other harsh creams that make my skin dry and peely. With these I did it over a weekend and no dryness. Pricey in comparison to other products, yes. (I spent £10 on the first 4 patches then came back and bulk purchased more after the amazing results of the first application). But so worth it, because they actually blooming work. When you break it down, I probably spent about £7.50ish on each spot getting them reduced down. I’d rather pay that any day than walk around with monstrous cystic acne protruding out of my face. I also love the cleansing wipes that come with them, would even buy those on their own. Excited to try more products from this range. 100% recommend!

Very good product, I wish it was more affordable! If you have a painful pimple, or if you want to get rid of your pimples as quickly as possible, this is the way to go, the inflammation will start to go away overnight.

I panic bought these after having a breakout and needing to calm it down the day before a birthday party. You can definitely feel the micro needles. I hadn’t realised that there were only 4 patches (my fault for not checking) but surely there could be more patches in the pack, minus the wipes which contain a lot of harsh ingredients to use before an active patch? These burnt the skin off around my spot, leaving the actual spot still there and I was then unable to cover them at all due to the skin being damaged. It made them stand out more and even more red and sore than before. Very expensive mistake and the amount of packaging each patch is in is ridiculous. Maybe they would be cheaper if the packaging was more like the envelope packets you get with hydrocolloid patches. I will be going back to my Dots for Spots as they help without irritating the skin.

Amazing for under the skin spots, definitely worth the money!

I had high hopes for the ZitSticka KILLA acne patch, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype for me. I did notice a slight reduction in the size of the spot after using it overnight, but nothing dramatic—and definitely not the kind of results I’d expect for the price. The microdart technology is an interesting concept, and it might work better on early-stage spots, but for me, the difference was minimal. For the price, I think there are more affordable acne patches out there that perform just as well or better. Wouldn’t repurchase, but it wasn’t a total letdown either.

Everyone gets those under the skin spots they hurt and they are annoying . You put one of these bad boys on and it’s not only a sigh of relief but it works!! The micro dart penetrates into the spot and kills it I would say I use these for two days and if I’ve got a under the skin spot after the second day the pain has gone and it’s gone down 60/70% no waiting 3 or 4 weeks it’s gone with in a few days. Remember though do pick at spots leave them they will heal faster .

Great product will stay on all night and be unnoticeable. Clears up spots quickly even on sensitive skin and is gentle to remove and easy to dispose in the bin.

Expensive but worth it if you're willing to spend the money. It really does get rid of it overnight, especially whiteheads. Other pimples that are just red, it may reduce them, but it won't get rid of them overnight.

These pimple patches are magic! I'm not joking. Out of all the pimple patches I have tried-- these are the best. They are a bit expensive but they work. I only use them for emergencies or when I have a really big and angry zit that needs some TLC. I really like how they come individually packaged and with a tea-tree sheet. It helps to make it stick better and it's more hygienic. I put these on overnight and by morning it is either mostly gone or significantly diminished. Honestly, I know this review sounds made-up or over hyped but I really REALLY like these patches. As an adult who has dealt with acne for more than half of her life, I know how insecure and embarrassing it can be to have this large angry demon on your face. It feels like everyone is staring at your zit. But these really help! Life changing to know if I wake up with a zit in the morning, I have something (other than makeup) to deal with these face demons.

Doesn't actually get rid of the pimple, but does help to make it look flatter and less noticeable. I doubt I'd be buying this again though, since it costs so much for only 4 patches. Great for emergencies, but not cost effective to use regularly.

These ZitSticka patches are on the pricier side when compared to regular pimple patches or even other microdart patches. However, the patches do make a significant difference in reducing the redness and size overnight. Each package comes with a cleansing cloth to wipe the area before you apply the patch (smells like tea tree oil with slightly stings). The patches are medium sized and they can be slightly painful when you press them down. They stay in place all day and I can apply a little makeup on top without them sliding around. These patches are definitely noticeable on the skin, so they are better worn on night. I always have a box of these in my skincare stash and I apply one as soon as I notice a pimple forming under my skin. It is much cheaper to buy these in bulk from Amazon for 28 patches at $69.99 (10-20% coupon offered at times) because a box of 4 alone at Ulta is $14, so you're saving roughly $30. From a storage standpoint, I would prefer to just buy the large resealable bag of 20 vs 7 individual boxes. But these are easier to travel with vs the larger bag.
