DREO Tower Fan for Bedroom, 28ft/s Velocity, Ultra Quiet Fan, 8 Speeds

I’m really impressed with this fan! I had the smaller model for a few years and decided to upgrade. It has 9 different settings, so I can easily adjust the airflow depending on how warm the room is. Very quiet and enjoyable. My favorite feature is the Auto setting because it adjusts the fan based on the room temperature, which is super convenient. The remote control is also great! I can change the settings, adjust the speed, and control the fan without having to get up, which is especially nice when I’m in bed. The airflow is strong, and having so many settings gives me a lot more control than a regular fan. Overall, I’m really happy with this fan. It has great airflow, plenty of settings, and the remote makes it even more convenient. Definitely a great purchase!

Wow... I was actually surprised when I realized I purchased this fan in 2022. And it's still currently the one I'm using. I went through so many fans for years. Fans that worked for a little while then stopped. Fans that were supposed to be "quiet" yet made weird noises that were too annoying to sleep. I purchased this fan in 2022... and I'm still currently using it (omg please don't let me jinx myself haha). I not only have to have a fan to sleep but also because I often get too hot while sleep. I can't sleep without a fan, the "fan noise" is a must to help me sleep but the noise has to be just right, no weird extra sounds. Yep, sounds weird because it's hard to explain and most won't understand. And I could always tell when a fan starting making noise. So I'm quite particular about my fans and this one has been absolutely perfect. Just the right amount of "fan noise" but otherwise quiet. Super easy to set up and work. Also the perfect size for my room as well as using in larger rooms in the home. I like that it has different speeds so I can adjust it to my likes and needs, I typically set it on 4 but sometimes have bumped it all the way up to 6. It's great not only to keep the room cool at night for sleeping but also helps during the insanely hot summer so I don't have to use the AC so much (example, the heat index today is 110 and this fan is keeping the house cool enough that I can bump my AC up instead of it having to run constantly). The remote is also great especially on nights electricity goes out so I don't have to get up each time. Settings stay as currently set when you simply turn the fan off and on but if it does go off due to power outage, it resets (back to 4 instead of 6). Another thing, this fan has held up through numerous power outages! Definitely well made... I have three cats who get the zoomies and sometimes crash into things, including the fan. Not only has it held up the few times they have knocked into it, it hasn't made new noises and hasn't completely fallen over. Many tower fans are easy to knock over but the base on this one works great at keeping it stable and upright, even with cat zoomies crashing into it. I'll definitely purchase again when the time comes.

I recently renovated my home office and decided to go with a traditional light fixture on the ceiling vs. installing another ceiling fan. Of course, that took away my option of having a gentle breeze in the room should I need it. And, living in the South, it is NEEDED! Decided to stick with my plan of using a light fixture, I began looking for a tower fan. I've had one before by another brand but I wasn't all that impressed with it to be honest. It was loud, even on the lowest setting, and I never felt that much air coming from it. Not only that, the remote was very cheap and I had to repeatedly press the buttons to get them to work. Given my experience with that fan, I was hesitant to try this one. However, I was instantly super impressed the moment I set it up and turned it on. First of all, the remote is solid and easy to use. I find the fan to be so quiet, especially on the lowest setting that I forget that it's even on. I've already accidentally left in on overnight when I'm not in my office! I've had to start leaving the remote within my viewing range to remember to turn it off when I leave the room. Amazingly, too, I've not felt the need to have it on any higher than 1 (the lowest setting) because it so effectively moves air through the area of the room I need it the most that there's no need to turn it up any higher. Given that I work from home, not having a loud fan in the background as I'm on the phone with clients is a huge win! I was so impressed with this fan that I bought a second one two weeks later to use in our den. The den is a huge room (used to be an extra large double-car garage) with a high ceiling. I had my doubts I'd be able to use the fan only on the lowest setting in there, but sure enough, I can! Again, it so effectively moves air about that there's no need to go any higher. It provides just enough circulation to help keep things cool, yet doesn't interfere at all with our watching TV. To say I love this fan would be an understatement!

Seriously prob one of the best purchases we have made on Amazon. Feels weird to get excited over a fan but really this thing rocks. First of all to any reviewers saying how decription is a lie about 9 settings, why dont you actually read the full descriptions/pic captions that clearly say how new model has updated motor and 9 AIR SPEED SETTINGS! It CLEARLY says if u recently recieved an older model to contact cust service and they prob would send you the new model listed. The dB level is insanely low. You barely hear it on settings 1-5 and slightly more with 6-9 but nowhere near anything distracting or loud. In fact on lower settings we sometimes forget to shut it off because you dont realize its on unless you are in direct line of air flow. Which brings me to the air flow… Air flow is steady and strong that you can feel over 12 feet away just on lowest settings. Seriously no need to put it higher than 5-6 unless you really want to feel your hair blow. Also air is nice and cool even in 90 degree weather its still feels cool. Nothing like other fans that just blow air around. Ossilation is COMPLETELY SILENT. Literally no sound at all while turning. Remote is solidly constructed and yes although sometimes u need to press a button twice to work, that is not the norm and i think its because sometimes its bc if you point the remote thru the air stream that might interfere with tranmission? But if clearly directly pointed then 99% of time the buttons work first press. Cant say anything about other models but this particular model I think looks the best and great choice for this price range. Do you really need a fan to connect to wifi? Also assembly is less than 5 minutes from box open to feeling the flow. Just READ the clear instructions how to connect 2 base pieces together which easily snap together, feed power cord thru then just attach fan and plug in. Done

When I first got this fan 3 years ago, it was amazing. Super powerful air, and the air coming out of it really felt cold! Perfect for summers in our 2nd story bedroom that stays hotter than the main floor of the house. After about a year, I felt like its power decreased, or that maybe I had just grown so accustomed to using it often that I was misremembering how powerful it felt that first day we bought it After 2 years with the fan, I couldn't ignore the nagging feeling that it had lost even more power. I could only feel a slight breeze when I swore it used to be like a wind tunnel! I loved everything about this fan (the white noise, the nice remote, the settings) so my husband bought a second one. Lo and behold, we set it up and I was not crazy, it really felt like an icy wind tunnel! We turned the 2 fans on, on different sides of the room. The difference was stark. So, now I have the 3 year old fan, nothing but a white noise machine at this point, and the 1 year old fan, which, just like the other, is now starting to feel like its losing its strength and I'm assuming is well on its way to becoming a glorified white noise machine by year 3 as well. So, what to do? I love the fan, but I don't love its longevity. If you are ok with creating $80 annual fan replacement budget, then the fan will be great. I just wish I had read other reviews explaing this before purchasing it in the first place. I may have to just go back to my old fashioned standing blade fan that, while it didn't have a fancy remote or settings, never did let me down with the consistent wind it put out for over a decade! Again, it's a shame because I loved these fans!!

Very nice product. A definite improvement over the noisy standard floor fan it replaced that had stopped oscillating. I like how quiet it is and its small footprint. Mine is white and it looks very nice in my bedroom. The stand snapped together and onto the fan body in seconds, no problem. The remote control is nice; I don't have to leave my bed to operate the fan, and the various settings are useful and not too complicated. I liked this fan so much I also got the shorter one for my guestroom. It also works just as well. Have had them only a few days, but if I don't make an update to this review, you know it has not given me any problems.

Just got it so can't speak to the durability yet. I got the 42", so more air flows over the bed top to me. Assembled easily, all functions work including the remote. Very effective and very quiet, no problem sleeping, even on high. Way quieter than any box fan I have. The temperature in my home during the dog days can get up to 80° (I live on left coast) so I can say up to that temperature it provides a definite cooling effect. I'd buy it again, and in fact, I might get another one so I don't have to move this one from room to room.

I only write reviews if something really exceeds my expectations or is truly horrible. This fan meets the first criteria. My new bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan and won’t for ~6mo and I really enjoy the breeze, especially at night. I had a different model fan a few years old purchased from here as well as a pricey Dyson fan. Both were so loud compared to the ceiling fan I’m used to, so I wanted to see if there was something truly quiet, but powerful. I really don’t think you can get something quieter than this! The 20dB rating is accurate, yet the fan is VERY powerful. Make sure to get the latest model as the previous generation is slightly louder and only $10 cheaper. Having a 1-9 adjustment is amazing too, whereas my other non Dyson fan only had 1-3. I usually keep it around 5 which provides plenty of breeze and is whisper quiet. For those preferring more white noise, crank it up to 9 and it feels like a windy day with a refreshing “wind” noise - not that annoying “electrical hum” other fans have which can even have a hint of a high pitch. I’ve owned a white noise sleep machine and I’d say at the 9 setting it’s very comparable. Installation was super easy, literally takes 2 minutes. Remote works perfectly and is a nice size. I really don’t know how they can improve this product - it’s really that good!

Great fan for blowing are around but doesn’t cool. Love that you can control it from the app! Disappointing due to the price

This unit has been the best fan that I have picked up in many years. The main thing I wanted to buy this is for being quiet. And yes its true to its ratings of low Db. At the lowest setting I can barely hear it, set to highest 9 and its still quiet that regular turbine fans. I have this in my living room with it on 4-5 and feeling the breeze from it over 10 feet away is still refreshing. The looks its slick and does its features right. Easy to setup and use. In the end I highly recommend Dreo company. I even have a heater from this company and I have saved 250 dollars per month in heating bill in my living room in winter time.

Je suis pleinement satisfait de ce ventilateur colonne DREO. Dès l'ouverture du carton, on remarque la qualité de fabrication et le soin apporté aux finitions. Le montage est extrêmement simple et ne prend que quelques minutes. Le point fort de ce modèle est son silence impressionnant. En mode nuit, il est pratiquement inaudible, ce qui permet de dormir sans être dérangé. À l'inverse, lorsqu'on augmente la vitesse, le débit d'air devient très puissant et rafraîchit rapidement une grande pièce. Les 8,53 m/s annoncés ne sont pas usurpés. J'apprécie particulièrement les nombreux réglages disponibles : plusieurs vitesses, différents modes de ventilation, oscillation large, minuterie et une télécommande très pratique. L'intégration avec Alexa est un vrai plus. Pouvoir allumer, éteindre ou modifier la vitesse simplement avec la voix apporte un réel confort au quotidien. Le design est moderne, discret et s'intègre parfaitement dans un salon, une chambre ou un bureau. Malgré sa puissance, le ventilateur reste stable et ne génère aucune vibration. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Pour ceux qui recherchent une alternative performante à la climatisation, ce ventilateur offre un excellent compromis entre puissance, silence, faible consommation électrique et confort d'utilisation. Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, il fonctionne toujours parfaitement et dépasse même mes attentes. Je recommande ce ventilateur DREO sans la moindre hésitation. C'est un produit haut de gamme, fiable, très agréable à utiliser et qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles.
