Fantastic filter. Very easy to fill up, the lid holds tight, good quality of plastic, durable. I’m filtering water for my kettle, so now I don’t see any limescale in it for much longer, what’s proving a good filtered water quality. Love the big capacity. Looks very nice on my countertop. Great value for money!

I initially bought a Brita filter, which was much smaller than expected and took a really long time to filter the water. Bought this one only a week later and it’s made my life so much easier, does the same job as the Brita filter but is bigger and quicker. The lid feels a bit less sturdy than the Brita but overall I love this product and would buy it again

Edit 2: Very impressed! The replacement lid arrived just 2 days after I initially raised the problem with Aquaphor. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Upgraded to 4 stars (can't give 5 because it did break in the first place after all) and amended the review title. Edit: A prompt response from customer services (I realised they have a 2 year warranty, which is nice), offering a replacement lid, so I have bumped the review from 2 to 3 stars. I will review this review again when the replacement lid arrives!... Visually very pleasing. Lid initially worked fine but quickly became "sticky" due to the full counter catching. At first my thought was "not a problem" as you just flip the lid up again and generally the second time it flops back down in place nicely. Today the weak plastic toggle for the hinge snapped off. that is less than a year of ownership and relatively light use. So after less than a year, this is broken despite taking extra care due to it's design flaw. I need a new filter and will not replace with another one of these.

Love the look of this filter jug, which is shaped more like a traditional jug shape. Having had the filter countdown break on my last 2 Brita, thought it was time to try a mechanical countdown. Also likely to be more accurate, given it's based on actual number of times lid is opened rather than just by week. We've been using it for just over a week now, & it's hardly moved at all...so maybe the claim that filters can last 2 months will turn out to be true. The filters are easy to fit & do seem to filter more quickly. Water tastes absolutely the same as my Brita-filtered water did - water quality is just as I would hope. The huge capacity is great - but it does mean it's quite heavy, so anyone struggling to lift anything a bit heavier might need to consider that. For us, it's brilliant - attractive, easy to use, great-tasting water & brilliant value

Excellent large water jug. Also a major plus is you can use Maxtra compatible filters too. Love it.

This is an excellent filter jug , excellent size and looks lovely too ,,water filters beautifully and works brilliantly. It comes with three filters which is a bonus and very easy to use , filters water very quickly and really easy to clean as well . Highly recommend

Happy with this water filter. Large capacity for family who needs filtered water, for few people or good part of day. Sturdy jug on kitchen table. I put it on inside shelf in fridge, tall space, does not store in fridge door

So ein schönes Design, sieht tatsächlich aus wie Glas. Für uns optimal, weil wirklich viel reinpasst und zudem ist die Filterleistung 1 A! Hätte ich mir wirklich schon früher zulegen sollen!
