Sony WH-XB910N Extra BASS Noise Cancellation Headphones Wireless Bluetooth Over The Ear Headset with Mic, Alexa Voice Control, Google Fast Pair, AUX & Swift Pair, 30Hrs Battery Life (2022 Model)-Blue

I am writing this review after a whole month of use. So do read till the end. I wrote few tips to improve the sound quality too at the end. Pros: 1. Good quality ANC. Completely blocks low frequency noises. 2. Very good sound quality (require little bit of tweaking on Sony app, see my screenshots posted above) 3. Very felixible, good passive noise cancelling through ear cups. 4. Ear cups are of very good quality and can support big stick out ears too. 5. Hard case for travel friendliness and protection. 6. Awesome microphone quality for a bluethooth headphone. Blocks lots of external noises for phone calls. Cons: 1. Less premium plasticy build (although it is very turdy) 2. Default equalizer does not sound great. One must tweak it or atleast use "Bright" equalizer preset mode in sony app. 3. It can not block high frequency noises that well. If you need complete noise cancellation shell out 30k and purchase XM5. Do not look for 30k quality ANC in a 10k headphone. Set your expectations accordind to budget. Tips: 1. For android users out there: Must turn on LDAC on your bluetooth settings. After pairing with this headphone, go to your bluetooth setting in phone settings. Then settings for WH-XB910N. There under the codecs option turn on LDAC. 2. In Sony App DO NOT TURN ON "Connect 2 devices simultaneously" option. It will disable LDAC and sound quality will be degraded. 3. In sony-headphone-app turn on DSEE mode. 4. In sony-headphone-app, for bluetooth connection quality, Choose "Priority on Sound quality" 5. I have put an image of my personal manual equalizer settings. Use that or modify it as your ear likes. If you do not like bass, reduce the clear bass all the way to 0 for phone calls. Save 2 custom equalizer, one for music/movie with bass boost, another for zoom call/video call/regular call with 0 bass. (Thank me later for these tips) These 5 setting tweak will change the music quality drastically. Check my screenshots posted above for guidance. Final verdict: Those who do not tweak these settings they will keep complaining about this headphone. But this is the best 10k I have ever spent on a gadget. S0ny wins hearts.

One of the biggest problems with i phone you have to go to settings and change the settings to full volume because of some protection settings it sounds really low but after you get it to max its worth it The noise cancellation is good works well like if there is too much noise you will hear some but still it clears mass volume and the product is amazing when if comes to battery like i just charged it for 15 min and it gave me a backup of 10 hours its a nice product for this price But if you need like loud sound like this is loud enough but you need too loud or like more loud go for 1000 series but for daily workout use its good enough works well Got it for 10K

Quality :- headphones are well built and a thing of beauty for sure though i doubt the band's sturdyness a little bit in long run... Fit :- As a one who wear glasses the fit in really natural and clamping force is not much. The earmuffs are reallyyyyyyyy soft and premium but yea for a duration of more then 2 hours they'll start to feel uncomfy and you might need to give your ears some rest... Portability :- Best part is the sturdy hard case you can just throw your headphones in the case and need not to worry about them.. The case material is really good and looks hella classy... Battery life :- On a single charge on medium to heavy usage they delivers solid battery backup even when anc on... Though i not let the battery completely die on me and frequently charge them if they get below 30% SOUND :- Ok so if you are not much of a basshead (which we all are at some point) even then you can buy these headphones cause yeah you get the sony's custom app for Equalizing the sound to your preference..the highs and mids are too good...good instrumental sepration. Though the only thing that i found bit odd is the sound source always feel really close and does not resonate much (but surely not a dealbreaker) Bass as u expect is really good BUT it's more on a rumbling side rather then thumping (depends on personal choice) but the bass is exceptionally good.. CONS:- 1. The sounds quality changes a bit when switched to ANC specially the bass boosts up which sometimes sounds unnatural when switching to anc in midst of a song 2. I've never used an anc headphone so maybe its a personal thing but when the ANC is turned on and if there's a significant BG noises then the headphones starts to vibrate (like bass rumble) which i found odd. Though resetting it fixed the issue but it do happens a lot. 3. Touch controls sometimes (rarely)happens to be inaccurate, specially covering the earcup to switch to ambient noise feature. 4.I personally don't like the looks of the headphone when wearing them they dont look much discreet (compare with 1000xm4 you'll understand what i mean) VERDICT :- I bought these for 13,000 but if they happens to cost more then that just go for the 1000xm4

I got this after using Sony MDR-XB950BT for 6 years. That was a beast in terms of sound experience. Sadly it cracked and i couldnt get it into one piece. This is an excellent headphone for the price. The NC is spotty but it is good enough for my usage. The audio quality is crystal. The Bass is not consistent, with some songs sounding better than the others. But when it works it is good. Battery is pretty good with more than 20 hours of usage per charge. BT multipoint connectivity is reliable and stable. It is comfortable on the ears. I was able to use it for ~1.5 hours without fatigue or pain. It looks decent as well. I love to use the 3.5 jack option as I dont use BT all the time. The touch navigation needed some learning, but once you get used to it it is a breeze too. Overall happy with the purchase, but the audio quality is not as good my 6 year old MDR-XB950BT.

These headphones are pretty decent and worth the price that they come for. Firstly, the case that we get is very useful if we want to travel and take these headphones with us. The fit of these headphones is great, I have pretty big ears and these fit very comfortably for me. The headband is also padded so no head pain after some time. The sound quality is pretty great once you EQ it. My EQ Setting: 400: 1, 1k: 3, 2.5k: 3, 6.3k: 5, 16k: 9, Clear Bass: 3 Noise cancellation is good too, but it builds up some cabin pressure so I normally avoid it. The gestures on the right headphone cup are excellent. The Ambient sound mode is useful when talking to someone with headphones on. The battery is great as well. All in all, a solid pair of headphones. Do purchase an extended warranty if looking to buy these.

I've been using Sony earphones (multiple models) for over last 14 years and none of it had let me down on the sound quality. Clarity, bass, overall quality and comfort are always good for every Sony earphones I've used so far, so thought to try it's over the ear Headphones this time and many reasearch suggests that earphones are not good for health. So as per my budget I decided to go for 910N, packing, first look, finishing and quality is no doubt very good. Sound depth, clarity, deep bass is awesome. But before buying it I checked many reviews and videos and many people talked about the comfort and said that you won't feel wearing it so comfortable that you can use it for hours and hours but frankly after continuous use of 45-50 mins I started feeling too tight on the head so generally have to adjust a lil bit or I just swap left to right otherwise it started feeling sticky around the ears that's the ONLY downside I felt for it or probably it may because I'm using over the ears for the first time. Battery backup is awesome, I generally use it for watching movies and for music and it lasts for atleast 2-3 weeks on general use. I also tried it for calls but feedback from other side was not that good about the mic quality so stopped using it. But call mic/ call quality over apps like Microsoft Teams and other such apps is very good that has their own sound quality/ noise suppression features inbuilt otherwise you'll get complaint about very low voice from the mic. Overall satisfactory product for my usage. But for sure not that kind of product that can be use for everything and everywhere, for that O still rely on my previous Sony earphones.

Tldr: Great product, but I got an already used product in the name of fresh item. I researched the Sony Bluetooth headphone series extensively before making this purchase. Even went on offline shops to compare quality where I found it to be more satisfying for listening to music compared to the latest ANC XM5 model. Pros: -Without extra app settings or anything, the sound quality is beyond amazing -I never felt the bass take over the natural sounds of the song -Extremely comfy to wear for longer durations. I played for 8 hours right after opening it without any noticeable discomfort -The product comes with a cable so you can start using it right away without charging. -Better than XM5 and cheaper versions of WH series music quality wise. ANC is debatable and requirements may differ person to person. I bought it when I saw this product go on sale again and I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. I felt a bit iffy to find the headphones already dusty even though I opened it for the first time, but I attributed it to poor packaging at the warehouse. However, when I proceeded to connect the headphone with my Bluetooth today, one day after the product delivery, I found it to be already named by someone called Rishu. So yeah, I have 0 problems with the product and performance itself which is why I rated this product a full 5* for future headphone buyers who are skeptical about buying this or XM5. However, this was an extremely scummy behaviour from both Amazon and Seller's side as when I tried to apply for replacement, I found that the product is already out of stock. However, on the product page, you can see that you can still purchase a "fresh" item. If I wanted a refurbished or an already opened box item then I would pay for the other option that costs less too.

I bought these Sony headphones around 23–25 December 2023, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Within a short period of use, the build quality started showing serious issues. As visible in the picture, the ear cushions have already begun tearing badly, exposing the foam, which makes them uncomfortable to wear and clearly shows poor material durability. Honestly, these headphones just aren’t worth the money. The durability is terrible, the features stop working quickly, and the overall experience simply sucks. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for long-lasting headphones.

I searched so many headphones but all were expensive finally i saw this Sony headphones. Received quickly and sound is amazing you can connect with 2 devices. I contacted with my laptop and iPhone. Really every time no need to connect it's working automatically with both devices. Battery good too. And Base with the music is amazing you can adjust manually.

Headphone muito bom. Som bom, fácil de usar e de conectar, longa duração de bateria. Ótimo cancelamento / isolamento de som externo. Tenho uma única reclamação: quando conectado simultaneamente a dois dispositivos (iPhone e MacBook), há certa confusão para atender chamadas telefônicas. As vezes funciona, as vezes não funciona.

Pro - wow Sonys XB910N so far an amazing headphone, sony is very consistent with their headphone design, and this are the same the design from their previous version release product, the all blue matted look is perfect, it’s clean, the whole design seems it’s well thought out. - the ability to fold each earpiece for better storing compatibility is always a nice thing to have - from inside the box you do receive a case for the headphone with Aux cord for USBC for charging. - so far I have zero issue with comfort when wearing this wireless - I love all the quality of foam from the top of your head through the main headphone as well - on the main headphone speakers there ain’t much button to deal with, you have the power button that also the pairing button for bluetooth. NC/AMB button is the button for your ambient sound control. you be able to switch up to 2 setting by pressing the button - would highly recommend downloading the Sony headphone app after opening this product, so far my impression of the app is great this is where you will need to update to the latest version. - this app is very robust, it’s obvious Sony understand and know what their doing for what customers might need. - I have tried some over price headphone before and the app is bare bones. doesn’t come close to what sony offer in the app itself. - the app have options for multiple things first is the ambient control that you can turn off to save more battery life, but again this wireless headphone could go up to 30 hrs so turning off this setting could reach up all the to the max battery life, either way you should have any issue with battery life coming from this headphone - ambient setting have multiple section to choose from depending on your activity, from staying at home, walking, running or traveling each have their own space to adjust your preferred setting to maximize your listening quality - another feature that cannot be missed is the 360 reality audio setting inside the app, this will give you that 3D audio effect that you might be interested, another great feature to have but more about this later - Xb910N also have the ability to be connected to 2 devices if you have it connected to laptop you can also connect this to your phone so you will never miss any calls. - it support voice assistance features like Amazon, google and you can also use Siri - about the audio quality of Xb910n, again you shouldn’t worry much because it sounded amazing without me adjust my own audio setting, bass, tremble sounded top perfect for me, does sound overpowering. having noise canceling also help alot for audio immersion - this headphones with apple music spatial audio/atmos is pure enjoyment, audio quality makes me just want to relax and take it all in, hearing tiny bit of effects simply gives me the enjoyment I need - headphone control is touch sensitive you’ll have the ability to swipe up and down for volume and left and right for previous/ next music, double tap to pause and play music, and you also can use this feature to pic up phone calls Cons - headphone update took atleast 30 min, i’ve never had a headphone that took that long, it’s a surprise to me since i’m - used to seeing update takes less than 1 min. - 360 audio does support some apps including Tidal, but it doesn’t support major music applications people that are used to, I have apple music and spotify sadly I can’t use it on these applications but i’m doesn’t bother me much since both have amazing audio and apple music latest spatial audio update, with this headphone it sounds amazing - I do wish ring tones goes straight to the headphone, testing calls did not do that, was ringing on my main phone but the tone wasn’t transferring on the headphone itself, also adjust the volume on call cause me to hang up without meaning to do so, there’s definitely a learning curve using this to make sure you are not hanging up each calls

I love this product. I was considering saving for the WH-1000XM4's, but I wanted a pair of Sony headphones really bad. So I bought these when they were $100 off, and I do not regret it. Great features and sound quality is amazing. Voices are clear, bass is very thumpy, and the volume definitely gets up there. I mainly use them for gaming, listening to music, and watching videos. I have no problems using these for any of these activities. The noise cancelling is mind-blowing. These are my first pairs of ANC Headphones, and I am very impressed. It blocks out taps and clicks and outside voices are barely heard. The feature where you can put your hand over the right earcup and it brings in outside audio I super useful. When someone walks in my room to talk for a second, I can just hold my hand there for the conversation. If it is a little more than just a short convo, i usually turn on the Ambient sound mode for eaiser listening without taking the heaphones off. The build quality is also amazing. The earcup rotation is very nice for when i'm not using them and can hang them around my neck. The hardshell travel case is super, super nice. When i'm done with them, I always put them in the case because if anything happens, they are very safe. Comfort wise, I am very impressed. These fit around my ears perfectly and do not hurt after long periods of time wearing them. When I put them on, I can feel the earcups griping onto my ears not too much, but not to the point where they will fall off my head. This definitely helps play a huge role in the sound quality and noise cancelling. It makes it so much better and just a much more imersive experience. Overall, these are very high-quality headphones. I would recommend them as first-time ANC Headphones if it wasn't for the $248.99 price tag. But if you ever see these at a much lower price and are looking for high-quality, comfortable headphones, these will not disapoint.

Son mis primeros headphones de este precio, ya he probado otros productos Sony de gamas bajas como los ch510 y los ex110ap y quería dar el salto a los 1000xm4 pero decidí probar con algo intermedio. En primer instancia son bastante cómodos y el asistente de Google o alexa funcionan muy bien, con herramientas que casi no he probado o no conocía. El estuche no esta nada mal, funciona bien para protegerlos. El auxiliar que viene se nota algo frágil pero tengo auxiliares de sobra y mejores si algo pasa. La cancelación de ruido puede variar en gustos de cada quien, yo probe los audífonos en tiendas departamentales antes de decidir si comprarlos o no, esa sería mi recomendación. La cancelación de ruido pasiva es bastante buena, excelente. Los headphones tienen un pequeño ruido agudo que es la cancelación de ruido activa que no me molesta , ya que para mí elimina parte del ruido externo pero a veces me funciona mejor el modo ruido del viento para mitigar mejor el ruido externo, pero en general te acostumbras o no lo percibes cuando escuchas música, esto les pasa a todos los dispositivos por igual aún no se llega a una eliminación del 100% no esperes eso. El modo ambiente es otra cosa, en verdad escucho todo a detalle, me gusta bastante cuando cruzó las calles o cuando alguien me pregunta algo es bastante útil, los comandos táctiles son bastante precios en mi caso y muy útiles. En cuestión de batería llevo casi 4 meses con ellos y solo los he cargado 2 veces, les dura bastante la batería, claro que depende el usuario, porqué también los conecto por auxiliar para ver películas con Dolby que no consume batería en mi laptop o algún otro dispositivo. El micrófono ha funcionado bien las pocas veces que lo he usado, honestamente no me ha importado este apartado ni lo he probado a fondo, aún usando cubrebocas. En mis clases en línea yo tengo un micrófono Rode por eso no le prestó importancia. Ahora la parte mas complicada, el audio, sabía que estos audífonos eran extrabass y auque ya los había probado en entornos ruidos los uso más en lugares silenciosos y si noto que los audífonos amplifican mas los bajos y los agudos y medios quedan mas de lado (esto en un principio me decepciono y pensé en regresarlos decidí darles una oportunidad) puede parecer general pero el audio si varía en el dispositivo en que hagas la conexión y el contenido que estes mirando, cuando uso Netflix o prime en laptop, aprovecho bastante el sonido Dolby, además tengo la licencia de Dolby en mi pc, es bastante bueno el audio, la música también es excelente, en el teléfono puede variar dependiendo la calidad de la pista que estes escuchando, por lo regular uso mp3 o flac,no siempre se notan los bajos dependiendo la pista o incluso la mejora. Te acostumbras con estos headphones, la verdad es saber aprovecharlos y saber en dónde usarlos, para que los usarás y cómo, para poder explotar su potencial, para mi son muy útiles y excelentes. Claro que el gusto rompe en géneros .
