Unique Loom Sofia Collection Area Rug - Salle Garnier (2' x 6' 7" Runner, Gray/ Ivory)

We are on our second runner in this style. It is a 19' x 3', a size that is hard to find in runners. We have a matching area rug in our living room. I think it is a 9' or 10' x 12'. We like these rugs. They are of good quality and work for us, but you can tell they aren't expensive rugs. I had used too much protective spray on the first runner we had and basically ruined it. But we liked the runner so much that we ordered another. They do have some wrinkles in them when they arrive. Be sure to follow the instructions for getting wrinkles out. Ultimately, we used some rug tape to keep ours smoothed out. The one in our living room is starting to look matted down after much use so we are considering replacing it with another one just like it soon. I feel that the quality of these rugs will suffice for most people, but probably not high-society people. They are good enough for us and are beautiful when new. We vacuum the rugs weekly. They are easy to clean and they are durable. We have never wet our rugs, so I don't know how quickly they dry. They are soft, but the low pile eventually gets matted down to some degree. I would purchase again.

This rug is BEAUTIFUL! The only disappointment I have is that I did not order a larger size! Once again, I was skeptical because of bad experiences with purchasing rugs online and also from a few other poor reviews. Unlike some stated, my rug did not come folded, it came rolled. It did have one rather large, tight crease running straight through it. I stretched it out and weighed it down on the corners with paint cans. As it started straightening out, I would try to stretch it a bit more and re-adjust the cans. In a few hours the crease was out completely. I always use stick on rug grippers in the corners once my rugs have had a chance to flatten out for the most part and they have worked perfectly with this rug. The rug is a little on the thin side but by no means looks cheap. It’s extremely soft and a true grey color. The white is also a bright white and not a cream color. The pattern is blended in well throughout and truly looks distressed or antique. I have had this rug for a few weeks now and cannot be happier especially for the price. Great purchase that I am very happy with.

For the cost this rug was much nicer than expected. We had new flooring installed, and I wanted nice clean area rugs and this Gray Ivory rug looks beautiful under our table. The colors are a little bit of an optical illusion because if you look at it from different angles the gray coloring changes from light to dark. Very unique. I am pleased with this rug. Actually bought 2- 5X8 rugs and the other in beige is very nice as well. I am pleased with the purchases. No issues with wrinkles after 24 hours.

This rug has a lovely and unique print, and it’s soft but not thick - which is exactly what I wanted for underneath my dining room table. It’s soft afoot, but not thick so chairs can slide easily back and forth, and food and other things won’t get lost in a jungle of long loomed carpet fibers. I ordered the 8x8 square rug in brown. The rug’s white color is somewhat difficult to label precisely as bright white, but it’s definitely not beige or cream. I would call it a mix between a light ivory and snow white. In bright daylight, I would say it’s surely white. You can see in the 2nd photo, the rug next to my bright white kitchen molding looks similarly white. However in the evening when I have lamp light emitting a warm white colored hue, it might be considered more of an ivory color - which is how it appears in my dark dining room. So it depends on the location, lighting, and maybe even the time of day, whether this rug appears brown and white or brown and ivory/cream. I needed a bright white, and this rug can be considered just that in the daytime; so I’m fine with the slightly more ivory color appearance in the evening. It’s a pretty rug and was priced so reasonably and was easy to unroll and place under my large table. The one gripe I can make is that the corners will not lay flat on all 4 sides. Also since I am using this under a table with 4 legs, it doesn't lay completely flat throughout either. I rolled it out in my kitchen upon delivery, and placed as many large and heavy items on it that I could muster, and for the most part it stayed flat. But one side was a little lumpy and 2 corners just won’t stay down no matter what I try. I’ve used tape, carpet stick spray, and layed an iron doorstopper on it for weeks, to no avail. So I’ve submitted to the fact that it will never lay flat and just deal with it. My iRobot vacuum gets stuck at that point every time, but it was an inexpensive rug and serves its purpose so that’s my only complaint. I definitely recommend this to anyone needing a thin but attractive rug to use under furniture or in a lightly traveled space. I can’t speak to the other colors but I’m sure they all have a similar look to them, slightly muted/erased/washed out colors and designs throughout, with one side being a bit more defined and darker and the other side more whitewashed, so you can choose which side to display prominently if you are putting this under a sofa or a space where one side is more covered than the other. I will also say that the brown design does look machine-made up close, but that’s okay with me because again, this rug is priced so low that one can’t expect high quality, handmade excellence.

I needed a rug for underneath my bed, and this one has worked perfectly, especially for the price. I got it on sale, so if it is not on sale, you might wait a few weeks and see what happens. The bed is a California King, so the carpet's measurements seemed accurate. I ordered the 7' 10" x 10' Rectangle, Blue/ Ivory rug. Pros: * The blue color is exactly how it is pictured, but it is somehow prettier in person. * The rug is very soft underfoot and feels much more luxurious than the price point would suggest. * There are no flaws in the design, and the edge is tightly woven for a neat appearance. * The rug arrived rolled and covered in heavy duty plastic. * There was no odor when unwrapped. * It relaxed within a day or two. * Since it is not in a high traffic area, I have only needed to vacuum it. I can't speak to its ability to resist staining, but so far, dog hair has come right off. Cons: * It hasn't yet relaxed completely, but it is held down by two of the bed's legs along with two center support legs which may be preventing it from flattening completely. Overall, this rug is really pretty and a great bargain. I would definitely buy it again.

This was my third purchase of a 4x6 rug. Given the low cost, I was not expecting thickness. My hope was that the vintage look which I like, would be present in the rugs. The first rug was Gray in color. I was pleased. No issues with thickness or laying flat. I then ordered the same rug in Silver. This one had a little trouble with not laying flat, but it did soften after placing an 8' fold up table on it. Being happy with the two rugs, I ordered a third from a different manufacturer (Sophia) in Black. When it arrived, it was half the roll size and lighter in weight compared to the other two rolls - I knew there would be an issue. This rug was so tightly rolled that not even the very heavy 8' folding table has smoothed out the wrinkles. Also it was wrapped around a long cardboard pole.. I suspect the tightness in the roll is what is taking this one a lot longer to flatten out. I am hopeful that it will expand in thickness. When ordering on line, we do take our chances. Hopefully, this will help others when considering an item. In the future I plan to order from the first manufacturer: Safavieh Evoke Collection. If it wasn't for the vintage look (aka: old/worn appearance), I would have rated this lower based on the Safavieh quality and packaging comparison.

Love love love this rug! I purchased the 6 X 6 turquoise rug for my dining area and it is perfect. I read the reveiws and viewed the pics so I could get a good idea of the colors, so I wanted to contribute to anyone that may be trying to decide. The color I was hoping for is a cross between aqua, mineral blue/green, and teal, and this rug is a perfect blend. The other reviews are accurate; it depends on the lighting and which way you are looking at the rug, so you'll see deeper colors one way and muted colors the other direction. As you can see, in some of my pics, it looks light aqua, and in the other pics it looks deep teal, all of which look great in my dining area. And the rug is distressed so it has so much character. Also, these pics are taken directly after I unpackaged it and layed it out. There are very few wrinkles and the corners are laying flat. I have done no steaming or laying heavy objects down to flatten it, so the packaging was done very well. From the other reviews, I have confidence that any slight wrinkles will be completely flat in a day or so. I love it and so glad I made the purchase. Also thankful for detailed reviews and pics!

Love the rug. Great value for money. Easy to wipe clean with a cloth. Looks more expensive than it was. My family want to order one too!

OK so here’s the thing about this rug. First off it’s gorgeous, good quality and an amazing price. But what is interesting about it is depending on the angle you look at it from it looks completely different. When I first laid down this rug I did not like it as it looked more brown than cream. I was debating on returning it. Then my son who was looking at it from a different angle on the other side of the room said it looked more white than brown. So after reviewing it from all angles I realized that this was true (as you’ll see in the photos I’ve posted). So we decided to flip the rug so that when you enter our home you see it more as a white rug versus brown. This odd illusion also explains the various review photos and why they look so different. Overall I’m beyond happy with this rug. I purchased the 9 x 12 and it’s absolutely huge. You won’t find a rug for this price in this size. It does have a little bit of wrinkling. It has been a few weeks now some have flattened but there are still some wrinkles in the rug. Bur it is nothing that affects its look and I think in time and regular use those wrinkles will continue to loosen up. It’s been easy to clean and doesn’t seem to hold stains. Definitely would buy this again and have already recommended it a couple times.
