Murivenna Oil Tailam Ayurvedic Herbal Oil for Joint and Muscle Treats Sprain, Muscle Cramps 200ml

For those that don't know...this oil takes many many hours to process. It has many herbs boiled into the oil. For it to work, you must be consistent with its use. The scent is pointless to mention since we are talking about many herbs. The older the oil the better it works. As far as is being solidified and not liquid that is all due to its process. You can warm the bottle in warm water or take out some and rub it in your hands. You decide since It doesn't matter...this oil is great healing bones and muscle pains.

Thank you for sending my order on time.I had knee pain caused by playing pickle ball. Used Murivenna few times and wrapped with heating pad. Pain is completely gone. Hope to restart pickle ball in couple of days.A friend of mine asked me to warm little bit of oil with salt crystal and before applying. Do you think it is going to help better?

Terrible and falsely asvertised as liquid not a solid. Wich is very inconvenient. Why would they out a solid oil in a plastic bottle making it vwey hard to use ince is solid. To heat the oil in plastic inly increases toxins and plastic into the oil. Which can cause further inflammation. Very disappointing.

FYI - you need to warm the oil before use!! Boil some water, put in a mug and place the bottle in it until oil has liquified. Shake it to mix well and then pour about a 1/4th of it into a small glass bottle. Then on each use put the glass jar in the hot water with lid on but slightly loosened. With each use, heat the oil as hot as you you handle when pouring into the palm of hand. Cup the palm of hand before pouring. Then apply oil to area and massage in very well. Apply a very hot towel or take a shower with 15 minutes, this allows herbs to penetrate the area.. This is how you get the benefits of ayurveda herbal oils. Never use the microwave and don't let steam moisture get inside the bottle.

This was recommended by my ayurvedic counsellor for hip pain and I really thought it would have ease the pain; it did the opposite!

I bought this product for my sciatica. It hasn't helped. I've been using it for a couple of weeks. The smell is the same as usual expected little awfull like all other ayurvedic medicines , its personal opinion. The problem with the oil is getting hard because of the cold weather, so I use it to put it in the microwave by scooping it in a bowl

The contents are solid unoil like. I haven't really tried it because it's solid. It also has a horrible smell 😕, not something I'd like to smell or smell like.

This product is rather solid in a bottle with a narrow opening so it isn't easy to get out. It also doesn't smell very good. I would rather the company put it in a wider mouth jar. I think it would be easier to use. I can't say that it really helped me though, either.
