I love these shutters. They are light weight and look gorgeous on my freshly painted house. My only complaint may not have anything to do with the vendor, but all three shutter boxes, had the seal broken. The shutters boxes had been opened and the shutters pulled out of the box when UPS delivered them to me. Very annoying, but there was no damage to the shutters so we used them. UPS seems to have questionable delivery behavior lately. This is not the first time I have received damaged boxes, opened packages and late arrivals. I would give this a 5 star if they had not used UPS.

These shutters were perfect for our house. We had one shutter missing when we bought the house and was worried we wouldn't be able to find shutters to match the rest of the shutters on the house being that the house was built in 1968. A little searching on Amazon provided exactly what we needed! They are lightweight and very easy to install. We discovered that we had to make sure the holes we drilled in the shutters needed to be placed to match the mortar between the bricks because it was almost impossible to drill directly into the brick.

These shutters replaced mine that were 30 years old. They’re perfect.

What we was looking for. They was out at our local store. And didn’t know when they would be in. My husband said let’s check Amazon. We had no clue they would have shutters. They was here the next day.
