Will this work on a 2016 cadillac escalade esv? having shutter issues.

It fixed the shutter on my 2018 Colorado with the 8L45 transmission. It is the fluid that GM has in the service bulletin for the 8L45 and 8L90 transmissions.

Can i use this on a 2007 escalade..?

This ATF is formulated for the Chevy 8 speed 8L90 transmission specifically. They had some issues with the torque converter and this solved the problem. So as long as your Escalade has the 8 speed it will work.
