No, there is nothing to hold the ice. It is a wire frame with the stainless steel cover. It is very nice looking and the lids seal great.

How large are the container sizes. Please only answer if you have this product. Telling me you don’t know is not helpful…

Well, it actually states the sizes in the description, granted they're in liters. There are 2 larger are twice the size of the 4 smaller ones. If you're familiar with commercial kitchen prep stations, they aren't quite that deep, but they hold plenty for a decent sized pizza party a group. Not uncommon for us to use that to crank out 15 pizzas in like about 20 minutes. We love it.

In the video played, what is being used to prepare the pizza dough on?

I have not seen the video; we just use our granite counter-top. Just put down a layer of flour to keep the dough from sticking.
