This is superb at decongesting,and within minutes of spraying it works,but it is for short term use,please read the label,because if you use this regularly you can end up with a rebound congestion which is worse than the original congestion you bought this for,and it can last a while,hasn't happened to me but to a friend,so use short term and after 2 or 3 days stop.

This stuff is amazing for a bunged up nose. I can't recommend it enough!

I love this, it really works for me better then beconase does anyway. I wake up with a really blocked stuffy nose but sinse using this I can breathe much better. It's a really good product and I recommend for those allergy sufferers who need a good long lasting relief!

Been using this for 3 days after having sleepless nights from having a blocked nose however this cleared my nose enough to be able to sleep. Doesn’t hurt and I haven’t had any side effects. The taste is just minty and doesn’t last long. Good value for money and has helped me alot

It's alright, but nothing on the very similar Vicks Sinex Micromist. This version is much milder/menthol-y, and feels much less effective. It's still good though.
