Update: the seller contacted me and not only replaced the cracked paddle, but sent extras AND replacement parts for anything that might break in the future! I really love my butter churn and have already made butter twice. The problem is one of the wood paddles has cracked after just two uses. And they were hand washed. I tried contacting the manufacturer but it is impossible to do so. I will gladly change this to a five star review if they will reach out to me and send me a new paddle as well as fixing their link to their company.

Good item. Paddles are a bit small for me but I have big hands. I wouldn't recommend trying to make cultured butter in it.

This was not easy process for making butter , the handle doesnt turn good and gets stuck a lot. I was able to make butter quicker just shaking it in a jar than using this product.

I love making butter with this thing. I used to shake my cream in a mason jar and it killed my arms. Now with minimal effort I have butter after 8 minutes of turning the handle. All of the extras that come with the churn are also great. I can’t brag on this set enough.

I've used this churn a few times (unfortunately the return window closed and I can't return it). It does really well to work the cream at first. But, when the cream starts to thicken, the gears won't stay together. They'll become misaligned after a turn or so and I have to manually move them together. Not as sturdy as I would like, but it does whip butter quickly.

Since my kids and I learned how to make butter on a class field trip at mabee farms, we have been teaching others at school how to make and sending them home with extra butter. Made a fun and tasty experience

Works great. Whipping cream turns into yellow butter just like regular butter. The crock holds one batch. Taste great

A bit time consuming but the product works as intended. Good way to make your own butter. The quality of this is pretty good and functional
