Works well, colorful but expensive. I need to use their cartridges because of printer. Generics work well too, but was told that I should use canon cartridges so as not to ruin laser printer

I bought these for my Canon MF8350Cdn. I've had this printer for years and it does a first-class job for it's intended purpose. It's not a professional photo printer, and that's OK. This is the first time I ever bought toner through Amazon. The price was good for CANON ORIGINAL product, not re-manufactured and not generic. I learned years ago not to use those in my printer for about 3-dozen very valid reasons not germane to this review. I pay up and it works. Until now. These are *supposedly* OEM Canon cartridges -- at least they are advertised as that, they look like it -- and they leaked! Unbelievable! Now I've got cyan, magenta, and yellow toner dust all over the interior of my printer/copier/fax/scanner. It's a royal mess. If this is what Canon is producing nowadays, it's no wonder others are gaining in popularity. Back to Amazon for a direct exchange hoping the next batch will be superior to these.

These are the correct cartridges for my printer and they work well every time. I haven’t had good luck with aftermarket options.

I ordered the product for use with a small business printer. It was the genuine manufacturer product, it was shipped promptly, it arrived in good shape, and it was reasonably priced. What more could I ask for?

Cost me over $100.00 for black cartridge but seller will not replace defective one due to 30 day return window. I'm out a hundred bucks because this vendor sold a defective product which I bought as a spare. What? We're supposed to run out of toner, wait, order, wait and then resume printing when new cartridge arrives? I'd give less stars. Don't buy spares from this vendor. Canon gave me a one-time free replacement in minutes.

I am so disappointed with these. Leaking inside, some colors not printing after some months and very light use of the printer. Usually my refills last a year or two. Nothing has changed on my end other than I use my printer less than I use to. The levels of each refill still shows high and I've tried all I can to fix with the obvious things without luck, These cost a fortune to replace again when they show 75-80% full still. There's no one to even contact about a replacement on here sine the order was awhile back. I have bought these replacement refills for 5+ years without any issues previously.

I only buy original HP ink, have had too much trouble with aftermarket cartridges in the past. Although these are expensive they last a long time.

These cartridges from Canon are very good...but they are soooo expensive. If I trusted an aftermarket toner I would use it to save 60-80% but have been too timid to try for fear of ruining the printer. But these are consistent, reliable and work perfectly.
