I could not get past Microsoft sign in, could not create a new account or sign in to my current one. Very frustrating.

I'm returning this item because of the following. 1st, I was told it was it was a prime 2 day item and it took at least 5 days to get to me. Then, as soon as it booted up it gave me my 1st error, Intel Optane Memory & storage Mgmt Application Error. I was never able to find the driver. Then, I was told it was a Windows 11 install - I confirmed it was installed but it was a "S" mode, however certain applications, such as driver installs would not install unless you reverse or back out the S mode through the microsoft store (something I have no experience with or felt comfortable doing) but once you did so you couldn't change your mind. I didn't want to change my mind. I started getting frustrated. Next, I noticed that the Windows updates wouldn't install properly and these were crucial installs and that was the last straw. This computer should never have been sent out like this. So I called Amazon who put in a request for a return. When I put in a request for a refund, it was noted there is 15-50% restocking fee for open/used item. All I can say is buyer beware with this seller and please ensure you keep Amazon updated as they will refund or recoup any monies that this buyer refuses to refund you. I believe these are issues that I shouldn't have had to deal with after just opening the box. I had 2 computers break down in 1 week and I purchased 2 with windows 11 and I'm only returning 1. Enough said.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy. Won't even turn on

I am very disgusted with this product. I have no info, no paperwork, nothing to tell me anything regarding this laptop. I also have no warranty, nothing! I'm having problems just trying to get the thing to operate. I am in the process of sending it back to the seller! I've never had problems with HP products.

This laptop was advertised as new but was actually used or refurbished. The description said it was Windows 10 but reviews said the description was incorrect and was actually a Windows 11. After receiving the product I came to find out that it really was Windows 10 that had been updated to Windows 11. The product didn't operate properly and when I contacted HP I was informed that their one-year warranty expired 2 months before I purchased it. I am returning it.

Don t buy guys, it makes a terrible noisy and it s too slow , worthless. İf you still wanna buy , you will see what I am saying .

Due to a faulty fan, this computer stopped working only three weeks after the purchase. The seller wanted to charge me $110 dollars for restocking fee. This was unacceptable, and I have reached out to Amazon with my complaint. They are going to take care of the discrepancy.

Only had this computer for a month and had to replaced main board. Good thing I bought an extended warranty. HP or Amazon wasn't going to own up for a computer I only had for 1 month.
