Great way to get your calcium !

When diagnosed as having osteoporsis, I was told to take calcium supplements. However, standard calcium tablets are composed of rocks or shells, both being foreign and detrimental to the body. This bone meal supplement is recommended by our chiropractor as being a natural supplement that actually builds up a person's bones. The wafers are easy to chew and swallow, and the taste is okay after one gets accustomed to it. :) The price is comparable to any quality supplement and much cheaper than other alternative supplements for calcium deficiencies.

My chiropractor recommended Calcifood to help with my decreasing bone density. It took me a while to get used to the cardboard taste, but once I realized I should let it dissolve in a mouthful of any kind of flavored drink, it's not an issue. Now I take 2 a day and am confident I'm taking care of my bone health with a quality product.

I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks. At first the taste and texture were a little hard to handle but after eating these for a while the taste became more palatable. Hopefully this will give me the calcium that my body needs!
