I picked this cable up to use with my new 32” gaming monitor, and so far it’s been a solid upgrade over the standard HDMI cables I’ve used in the past. First impressions & build quality Straight out of the box, it feels well made and durable. The braided outer finish gives it a more premium feel and should help with longevity. The connectors are sturdy and fit snugly into the ports without any wobble. Setup & compatibility As expected, it’s plug and play. I connected it to my gaming monitor and it worked instantly with no issues. It’s designed for HDMI 2.1, so it supports higher refresh rates and resolutions if your setup can take advantage of it. Performance & usage Using this with my 32” gaming monitor, the picture quality is sharp and stable with no flickering or dropouts. It handles high refresh rates well, which is exactly what you want for gaming. Everything feels smooth and responsive, especially when running at higher settings. Portability At 2 metres, it’s a good length—long enough for most desk setups without leaving excess cable everywhere. Things to be aware of You’ll only really benefit from this cable if your monitor and graphics setup support HDMI 2.1 features. Otherwise, it’s a bit overkill for basic use.
