Stick to traditional mate!
The quality of this product was more leafy and sticks rather than the usual dust and resembled a very famous herb lol.The taste I was not a fan of as none of them tasted like what they were meant to taste of.I did notice a little difference in energy levels, however, nothing too profound.Think I will stick to the more traditional Yerba Mate in the future!
