These things aren’t the best for the price but if you have 150!m$ laying around I’m telling you they will make a crazy difference I wore shoes before without them and I couldn’t spike in volleyball due to my height but now I was able to spike pretty good not a whole bunch but way better than before just bought way of wades 11 and added them and holy I can bounce the ball with how good these things make it I’d say they worth 80-100$ but for the performance it’s very good I’m 5’6 also they make your running fell like you run less while you go faster I would definitely buy again

My daughter noticed an IMMEDIATE difference with these for volleyball. They do take some time to get used to - not as comfy as regular insoles but if your athlete is looking for something to give them that extra edge this is worth it. We had been looking at these for a year and I wish we had bought them sooner!

i've been using these on/off since 2021... for running and tennis.. but in the end they hurt my feet too much... my issue is under the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal, the pain is as if i had bent back the toes too far... speculating maybe because i'm a forefoot runner (and maybe favoring landing on the outside front part of my foot), because it takes more pressure/leverage to bend the carbon fiber, my toes are taking the brunt of the force (vs. if i'm bending the cf from the heel forward)... regardless of the reason i won't be using these anymore :( not sure how much performance gain (energy return) i really get anyway... but tbf likely masked by me (husband) being fat & old... maybe these are better suited for peak performance athletes... also, when landing, during a run, it feels like i'm slapping the ground more... as a fore foot runner, i'm accustomed to my foot flexing gradually to absorb the shock through foot up to my quads... but the stiffness eliminates the flexing, so it feels like i'm slapping at the ground every time i land...

These did the trick for me. I have somewhat bad knees as I age and had been spending $150 to $200 for a pair of thick sole shoes every 6 months or so. I was able to insert these in a pair of $80 New Balance and very much liked the results. After a couple break in runs, These provided good comfort level with increased stability and less pronation with noticeable sort of "rebound" effect which made my runs a bit more bouncy during the run and with lessened stiffness or soreness in my knees after vs the $200 shoes I had been using. I would highly recommend a try of these ads a good $ investment and investment in yourself !
