Which size is wider 12 c/d or 12 D(M) ?

B is a narrower foot width; D is wider. From my old men's clothing sales days: most men are C or D. So unless you know you have unusually narrow feet, go with the D. If you are still in doubt and cannot check a pair of your existing shoes, go to a good men's shoe store and ask them to measure your foot. Hope this helps.

Only if you have a wide foot. They fit pretty in line with the size you order. If you don't normally wear a wide width shoe.. then I'd say don't get a wide in this shoe.
