I have not tried the new formula, I have used the old one daily for years. I’m not into worrying about the rumors- ensure you use the amt on package (if it says 2 scoops, then use 2). There is no other protein powder that mixes as well, has no flavor, stays blended (none of that “drink it fast before it turns to sludge” like other brands) and takes so little to get 30 grams protein. It absorbs well, too. A few tips: - I use a wire whisk to stir most of the, works great. - If you drink this in super hot coffee/warm drinks, it may not mix as well. Hot is fine (like 130-140) but not boiling. - read the package (as I said above) so you’re getting the right dose. Happy proteining!

This powder is excellent! We use it in food for my 90 year old mom. It mixes in very smoothly with cool/cold liquids. She eats it regularly in her cold cereal. For hot breakfast cereal, we mix it with the milk she pours over top. I tried it first to make sure it was palatable, and was amazed at no grit, no change in milk flavor. Highly recommended!

I have been using the genpro 30gram protein powder for years. As a menopausal woman, I love how amazing my skin, hair and energy feel using this product. I began using it when I hadn't entered menopause and was heavy lifting 6x a week, in excellent shape. I have lost a significant amount of muscle recently due to surgery induced menopause and a medication that made me put on weight. I'm hoping restarting this powder will help my fitness improve as well. Be careful how much you drink. Don't do more than a serving within several hours or you could get stomach discomfort from all the aminos. The product itself is amazing. I put it in my coffee each morning. Super easy way to get a ton of protein in without a meal. As a health coach, I have recommended this product to several of my clients who have also become die-hard fans. My only complaint is that a year ago it cost $44.00 and mow it's $99.00!!! Not sure if it's worth an extra $40. I get that since Biden we have had major hikes in food prices. Hopefully this cost will not be the new normal.

Mixes quickly, virtually no taste, easy on the stomach. Perfect for coffee, smoothies, or oats.

This stuff is amazing. I've been on a very limited, nearly full-liquid diet for about a month now, and the protein shakes have gotten intolerable. I can taste the protein in the shakes, and in the other powdered mixes, and it was getting absolutely unbearable. But this stuff? This is a game-changer. I've mixed it into water, lemonade, yogurt, soup, all kinds of stuff, and I can't taste it at all. Now I can easily get all the protein I need without the awful protein flavors. And best of all, this stuff is crazy nutrient-dense. The scoop is tiny, maybe about a tablespoon-and-a-half of the powder using the included scoop, and it's packed with protein. My only criticism is that it doesn't like to blend completely with very cold water, but a minute or so of stirring fixed that. I cannot recommend this stuff highly enough.

So this is the second time I purchase this protein powder and honestly I’m hooked on the u flavored version. Fair warning do not drink this alone!!! There is a strange aftertaste almost nauseating but that being said it’s a small scoop with no additives.low calorie and keeps you going. So far I have mixed this with cereals ,smoothies, drink drops (mío) etc. I did try putting it with my hot coffee and it clumped up pretty badly so perhaps it’s not best with heat . Other than that it’s easy to mix, and doesn’t take up too much space. Great protein over all happy I found it.

I have been buying this protein powder for 2 or more years. I love it because the scoop is so small so it easily mixes. I put it in applesauce, milk, soups and you would never know. It is a little sketchy with the lawsuit they had so amount of protein is questionable. But I still use it just because it is so easy to mix in and does not change the taste of things.

I have been using this product for 3 yrs, aways bought it from MuscleGen except for the last few months. I started buying it from Amazon sellers to save money but instead, I'm getting ripped off. This last purchase were 2 45 serving containers that were smaller then the previous 30 serving ( which was smaller than the original 30 serving containers from MuscleGen). So I set out to see if there was really 45 servings and guess what??? It only had 28 ..... so I opened the 2nd 45 serving container I bought and surprise surprise..... only 27. These were not heap full either, they were flat level servings. Also, the quality is piss poor at best.... I normally like to mix it in my oatmeal and it mixes well but lately, it clumps on top and looks gross....not to mention that it tastes nasty as well. I can only guess that these other companies buy in bulk from MuscleGen then mix and repackage it as they see best...... such a shame, they are ruining a wonderful product for those of us that need that extra protein. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because no stars is not an option!
