Wonderful side effect
This seemed a good addition to my other brain supplements (Focus IQ and Neuriva) that I had been taking for 6+ months. What I wasn't expecting was that I now have fabulous, colorful dreams that I can mostly remember in the morning. I'm so happy with this effect! (And I am definitely entertained.) My brain also seems to work more quickly (age 80).

This was my first time trying this. It does well with stabilizing my mast cells which is really what I needed. So far it works great and I will purchase it again.
