A nice sunscreen. Blocks maybe 50% of the light. We use it on our porch to block afternoon sun and setting sun. It catches wind, so be prepared to hold it down with weights. We used 3 cinder blocks, which works great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this product because of the reviews and information provide provided by the seller. Ease of installation: Super easy to install. Came with all of the necessary ties. Took me about 10 minutes tops. Airflow: Love this design because it allows air to flow through, it also allows me to see through it, but not let other see in. Keeps my deck shaded from the sun. Durability: Fabric is well made, and easily with stands the winds that blow through our building area. Fit: Perfect size for my apartment balcony. No extra material to have to fold over.

Easy to install came with many zip ties

I was please with this product. It provided some screening, but also allows for a view and a breeze through. Seems to hold up in the sun and wind so far. Only thing was, we had to use bigger zip ties because our railings are heavy thick wood.

Helps shade us from the sun. Provides nice air flow and allows privacy. 1 thing to note is the grommet holes do not line up.

I guess i thought if would he more in the line of a screen material, my opinion, its like a thin tarp, it does have enough spots to tie it in place, so it does offer some filter of the sun. It's easy to put up and take down, I'm only using it on really hot days to filter sun on my porch.

We put these on our covered porch for the morning and evening sun. They do a great job filtering out the sun. They have held up to wind and rain just fine. The earth tones make them a perfect combination to the wood porch. We did not use the provided ties or ribbon. We used bungees wrapped around the 4x4's. Highly recommend.

My balcony always get direct sun, this is great for small balcony and is light weight compared to others only issue I didn’t like the colour wished it came in black or dark grey not coffee

This was super easy to install. I hung the top grommets on the inside hooks of the curtain tracks of my gazebo and, then using the tie cord that was included I strung it through the grommets and weaved it around the railing spindle below the grommet. See pic I didn’t even have the bottom secured when I felt relief from the intense heat in my south facing backyard. I’m extremely happy that I can enjoy my deck while enjoying semi-privacy above my deck railing but can still enjoy seeing my grass and, some of my perennials. Now, I’m trying to figure out how I can use this to block the sun at a 4ish foot wide by 6 foot high area at the front of my gazebo to block it morning sun and, if I can come up with a plan to make it work I’ll definitely buy another one. i Highly recommend this product.

Good! Let's the wind through enough to avoid sail-like behavior, yet blocks sun enough. Great privacy too. Does bleach a bit, so don't count on it staying brown for long.
