Great deal compared to buying separately or even at the drug store. This is the only brand of nasal spray that works for me during the harshness of spring allergies. I feel IMMEDIATE relief when using this spray. It doesn't smell bad, isn't super strong feeling in my nose or head. It doesn't last very long during peak season and I may have to use it more than every 12 hours. Super effective ingredients though.

5 stars for the product but 0 stars for the new “child proof lock” on the cap. I can not get it to open no matter how hard i press and twist! Great product - I always keep on with me! It helps with any congestion from allergies to colds! but horrible new packaging design.

I bought this nasal spray because I deal with a lot of congestion throughout the year, especially in the spring and winter, and sometimes it gets so bad that I can barely breathe. I’ve been using this for about two months, and it has worked extremely well for me. What I like most is how quickly it works. No matter how bad my congestion is, this spray usually clears it in about three minutes or less. Sometimes it can take a little patience and a few minutes to fully kick in, but it has never failed to open my nostrils so I can breathe again. I also like that I usually only need one spray in each nostril. With some other brands, I’ve had to spray two or three times in each nostril before getting much relief, so this feels much more effective and efficient. Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about it. It matched what I expected from the listing, I plan to keep buying it, and for me it is an easy 5 stars.

WARNING! Please whatever you do - read the instructions... I'm normally very good with reading the instructions, but a few years ago I had a really bad cold and was desperate to breathe. This worked marvelously with instant results. I couldn't believe it, as I had never used nasal spray before and was astounded by my results. The cold took about 5 days to abate, and I used this spray throughout that time. When I noticed my cold symptoms disappearing, but the nasal congestion lingering, I just thought it was allergies, and figured, since the spray worked so well for the cold - why not use it for the allergies? This was a mistake....what you may not know (as I didn't), is that you should only use this spray for a VERY LIMITED period of time, or you become dependent on it. I actually have something called rebound congestion when attempting to discontinue use. The sinus pressure is horrendous, and comes with teeth pain (from the pressure), headaches, bad sleep, etc. I also have a deviated septum, so that makes it worse. If I had decided to read the instructions on this box...a measly 5 minutes max, I never would've continued using this, as it has been almost 5 YEARS of being on this spray continuously....the longer you use it, the more the swelling you have after the spray wears off, causing you to use the spray more and more. This has been a complete nightmare and I would caution anyone who thinks of using this. It has had such a terrible impact on my life, as I am so dependent on it. I keep one with me at all times, and one by my bed. If I run out, especially if I need it in public, its world altering, as I'm now unable to even breathe. I will wake up in the middle of the night at times, if the spray wears off. This has been such a negative experience emotionally, financially, and I imagine physically. There's no telling what such an extended period of use of this product has done to my nose. These bottles litter my house in case I run out and need to squeeze the last little bit out of a bottle.

Of the Cap being kind of annoying to get off and how effective this stuff is. I have been part of the one nostril clogged club for decades and one day I was fed up with the constant oozing and dripping daily, so I ordered one of these out of spite and to test out its cost to effectiveness ratio and maybe be able to sleep without drowning in my own boogers. The first time I tried this i sneezed and for about an hour it was nonstop flowing then I felt the relief of suddenly having both nostrils open. I have never been more terrified at how effective this stuff is at stopping my lifelong affliction and how it deals with any attempts at it returning, with a quick spray in each nostril this stuff provides weirdly fast relief.

As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!
