Great buy
Bought this pump for a large bottle of liquid washing detergent. Easy to dispense.

Just not great
Product mildewed quickly then pump seized up super quickly did a thorough cleaning put it back together and zero suction I decided to give it another chance bc I love the chocolate sauce for my espresso Please update the pump make it better so that we aren’t wasting money and product

Unlocking plunger
Struggled to release it and then prime. I released by holding the cylinder beneath the cap and turning the lock knob on top (ccw). The plunger popped out! I added a bit of water to prime it. Water made a layer on top of the chocolate and chocolate pumps up from bottom. Ok for now. Will look out for mold like others have pointed out. May pump into squeeze bottles and refrigerate. Thinking on that.

For the chocolate sauce ONLY
I bought these thinking they’d fit the Kakow coffee flavors, they do not. I’ll try and repurpose them. I hope Kakow comes out with pumps for the coffee flavor syrups.

Mold after 2 weeks
Do not buy this dispenser. This ruined a 30+ dollar jug of chocolate syrup and who knows how long I’ve been using this… the only reason I checked it at all was because it clogged and wasn’t working anymore.

It doesn't work
Instantly fell apart into the jug and when screwed back together and tried again- had no suction.... just doesn't work. Save yourself a mess and frustration- don't buy this product.

Doesn't work well
Pump was too long for bottle. Doesn't work well. Pumps small amount and dries up inside pump to the point of not being able to pump anything out.
