As I went through menopause, I began having issues of dryness in my vaginal area, and it was uncomfortable and annoying. I already use a couple other products from this company so decided to give this a try. It works wonderfully to provide hydration and soothe irritation. It's a clear, fragrance free, gel-like product and you only need to use a small amount so the tube lasts a long time. If you use too much, it can get a little sticky and messy. Just a small amount is enough to lubricate the vagina. Your partner doesn’t even need to apply it himself because it’s really slippery, just like natural vaginal fluid, and it also gives you more endurance. Postmenopausal ladies: this is the one you want! I was having lots of issues in the southern region (itching, burning Sahara desert conditions.) My hormone cream is helpful, sure, but just not the miracle I'd hoped. So I tried other things, both expensive and cheap. None of them worked like this does. I think it's the hyaluronic acid. Day one, it does kinda burn a bit but after that you're healing and that sensation stops. The best part here is the price point. A little little bit of this goes a long way. I don't need to spend a small fortune to feel normal again. Would like to find it in a purse/sample size too, just in case. I don't even need it all the time now. Great find if you are having this problem!

This works as advertised. I purchased it to replace the coconut oil I was using. This is less messy. No irritation and no staining. I agree with other reviews that say it stings a little if you are really dry, but the stinging subsided with regular use. I'm over all pleased and will repurchase.

I can’t use estrogen Rx cream from doctor. I’ve been using Vaseline & it helped. This was $26. Vaseline is much cheaper. It stings some, as did the Vaseline. I gave it several days then did a small experiment : use each product, one on one side, the other on the opposite side. No Difference At All…save your money. Note both sting a bit at first, first time users of ANY item, for me both stung or burned as others say. IMO it’s just the nature of each person’s level of medical issue, skin type, and whatever else applies.

Well I will try to explain without being naughty. My wife loves this product because it works great and being 60 years old it gets a bit dry,but not anymore and y'all get the picture.

Sadly, I never got to try it for two days to come up with damage busted open.
