Its good and effective. Serves the purpose. Only problem is that they sent product very close to expiry. I ordered in April 2026 and expiry is in May 2026

Tastes good, very effective but takes time to build up- started feeling the effect after 4-6 weeks.. highly recommend, more effective than powder and easier to take long term than capsules

I am a Night Shift Nurse, sometimes when I come home I find it hard to decompress, relax and drift to sleep but, since taking this product it definitely helps me tremendously on those days, half a gummy will help me relax enough to fall asleep and awake feeling rested. This product is worth it and worthy of recognition, great product.

These used to be delicious. Now, they taste terrible! I have ordered these repeatedly for the past year. I loved them! They were very calming, had a great taste, and did their job. Unfortunately, the last two bottles I received from my subscribe & save, the gummies tasted off. They had no real fruit flavor. They tasted bland and rather gross. Since Amazon does not accept returns on this product, I reached out to Joyli because their lid label notes, ‘free returns’. I chatted with someone via text at the company. They told me Joyli had changed packaging companies and apparently, that was the culprit. The new packaging was altering the taste. They told me to toss the others and they would replace my jar. That was over two weeks ago. In the meantime, my Subscribe & Save jar arrived and alas, it still tasted crappy. It was the same as the last jar. AND, I have never received a replacement jar directly from Joyli as the chat tester promised. I cancelled my Amazon subscription and will look for another alternative. UPDATE! 1.27.2026. I JUST RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT JAR DIRECTLY FROM JOYLI. They do taste much better. I have changed my stars from 2 to 4.

I work the graveyard shift, which means that I have to sleep when the sun is out & bright. It isn't natural, and sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep. I've tried magnesium glycinate (that may be misspelled), melatonin, chamomile tea, and more. When I heard about Ashwagandha, I figured I'd give it a try, especially since I've been stuck in this vicious cycle for the past nine months: sleep horribly for 5 or 6 hours, go to work, come home, take a hardcore nap for an hour, go to bed too late, then again sleep horribly. These gummies BROKE THAT CYCLE! I take two gummies a couple of hours before bed, and by bedtime I am actually sleepy and can fall asleep right away. I sleep 7 to 7.5 hours straight, without waking up, and no longer need a post-work nap. I like the gummies so much that I subscribed to them.

These gummies are "Tha BomB"! I've been using them for about 6 or 7 months now and out of I'd say about 5 different Ashwagandha products these are by far the best I've had. I feel much more relaxed at night when I go to bed and my sleep has improved and I actually feel rested when I wake up. That's how I know I got some good sleep. The suggested amount to use is 2 gummies but I found out the very first night that 2 is too much for me so I backed down to 1 gummy just before bedtime and I'm just fine for the night. I recommend them to anyone who needs help relaxing and for a good night's sleep.
