Earl Grey

So far, this tea brand has been the best quality in terms of flavor and aroma. The tea leaves were good quality in appearance alone; no signs of damaged/old looking leaves, no signs of mold, no foreign materials, no noticeable stick or twig pieces, no huge chunks, no clumps, nothing like that. The tea is fragrant and flavorful, it isn't bitter or stale tasting/smelling in the least. It's easy to brew and it comes in such a nice, large container. The little baggy it comes in inside the tin is like a little foil bag. It's like a hug in a mug. :) Good quality stuff, definitely worth at least trying, especially for the price. I bought two of these large tins and we're already out of one.

This is one of the best Earl Grey teas I’ve tried. It has a rich, aromatic flavor and a beautiful color when brewed. The quality of the tea leaves is excellent perfect for making traditional chai or a strong cup of black tea. Highly recommended for Earl Grey lovers!

I am quite the tea connoisseur and in all honesty this brand is one of the smoothest and best tasting teas I have purchased in a long time. The flavor is subtle, not too strong & not too faint. The price was very fair for such a high quality loose tea. I highly recommend ALL their different teas as I have purchased many different kinds & I have the same opinion on them all. I sound like I own or work for the company (which I do NOT) but I tend to be critical on tea, so when I found this particular brand and was so pleased I had to let people know my genuine opinion on it.

Earl grey is my favorite version of black tea, and I have tried many different brands. This is good quality, strong loose leaf tea with an enjoyable flavor, at a good price point. I like that it is fresh and well-packed to retain its freshness, and it packs a good amount of caffeine. You only need a small amount for a strong cup. The tea tastes like tea and not like it has been sitting on a shelf somewhere getting stale. The only thing I would change in this product is the amount of bergamot. To my taste, the bergamot is a bit too strong, so when I would normally have two cups of earl grey, I only have one and then have a different one so as not to feel overwhelmed by the bergamot aroma. I would have to barely steep it if I wanted it lighter, but at that point there would not be as much black tea in my drink as I like. If you only want a hint of bergamot in your tea, this is not it. But if you are looking for strong bergamot or maybe have some plain black tea to mix it with, this is good. Again, it is high quality and I like it, just not the ideal ratio for me. I will finish the pack and then move on to a different brand, but I would order this again because of the good quality.

This is a favorite in our house. It is fairly strong but a very nice blend and smells wonderful. Have purchased many times.

I am very new to British Teas, but read good reviews on the Ahmed Brand of Teas, so I thought I'd try this Earl Gray Tea, and also the Special Blend too (I don't know why, but the Special Blend REVIEW keeps bringing up the Earl Gray REVIEW, so I'm combining both of them into one Review), and was very pleased with everything about both Ahmad Teas. The Color, Aroma, Taste, Flavor, and the After Effects, were all what I was hoping for, and got!!! The Ahmad Earl Gray Aromatic Tea was Very BOLD, in both Color and Taste, and what I was expecting, looking for, and got!!. BTW, the Bergamont Citrus infused into Earl Gray Tea, has the SAME Rx Drug EFFECT as METFORMIN, which is the First Line Rx Drug of CHOICE for Treating Type-2 Diabetes, AND/OR Obisity, associated with METABOLIC SYNDROME, so Drinking Earl Gray Aromatic Tea is actually GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH, if you have these Metabolic Syndrome Issues to Deal With, and THAT is what I am doing about MINE!!! -- I give this Ahmad Brand Earl Gray Aromatic Tea, a 5-Star Rating, and am Very Pleased with it. (updated, 9-25-2023 -- has become my "Go To" Assam Style Black Tea of Choice!! updated 10-28-2023 -- Ahmed Tea EARL GRAY Aromatic is ON SALE Big Time, it's a STEAL at $10.90/each... STOCK UP, NOW!!!) I also tried the Ahmad Special Blend, and it's also BOLD, and STRONG Flavored, Taste, but slightly Milder Aroma, and Lighter Color. I still give it a 5-Star rating. Even the Container both Earl Gray AND the Special Blend Teas, comes in, are both Great for keeping them Fresh, with the Positive "Snaping Lid", and I love the exterior designs of both, too. I am going to say both, are Highly Recommended, and, like ME, you should "GO FOR IT"... !!! :o)
