Absolutely loveeee this stuff. It helps me fall back asleep quickly bc being pregnant and then being up with a newborn in the night and having to go back to sleep quickly is a must 😂 helps me feel rested as well.

Great for the insomniac. These magnesium pills work by making me relaxed to fall asleep. An added benefit is they keep you more regular in daily bathroom visits. No upset stomach Take just before bedtime.

Good product howver the pills (not capsules) are a bit large making them harder to swallow.

Magnesium bisglycinate has helped me get a more restful, deeper sleep and it's also easy enough to digest on a daily basis. Most Americans have excessive calcium and not enough magnesium; this mineral relaxes the muscles and nervous system too. A positive difference is felt within the first few days depending on how deficient you might be in magnesium. Highly recommend.
