Cleansers that leave my skin feeling too tight once I get out of the shower are not something I like using. My skin felt clean but not overdone after using this one. When I took a shower in the evening and wanted to feel refreshed without feeling as if I needed to quickly follow up with numerous more steps, that distinction was the one that meant the most to me. When I wish to, I continue to do my regular procedure after showering, but I did not get the impression that using this cleanser made that practice seem more important. During my short morning showers, my leisurely evening showers, and after my casual outside errands, I utilized it. Under all circumstances, it performed well in terms of fundamental cleansing. I was never under the impression that I needed to go back to the same location in order to feel refreshed. On the other hand, it did not give the routine a harsh or burdensome feeling. The fact that it arrived at a workable middle ground is just what I had hoped for. I wanted a product that would be beneficial on a regular basis, not one that would just be useful on a sporadic basis. Not only did I pay attention to how my skin felt shortly after I had a shower, but I also began paying attention to how it felt later in the day. That is the point at which I had a greater sense of contentment with it. My skin remained pleasant throughout the day, particularly on my arms and legs, which are the areas of my body that I often notice when a cleanser is too drying for me. Although I would not call the outcome spectacular, I would say that it was consistent. This type of gentle comfort is what makes a product worth continuing to use, and my skin felt smooth enough that it did not distract me from my other activities. In addition, I like that it can be included in a more leisurely routine for self-care without having the shower seem more complex. When I use some items, I get the impression that I need to apply them in a certain manner in order to get the desired outcome. This one seemed to be simple. I was able to make use of it while I was in a rush, but it also worked really well when I wanted to take my time. Because my schedule changes from day to day, I found that flexibility to be really appealing.

So, we were initially worried to try it, because many of us in our house are usually sensitive to lavender smelling products if it is not legit real ingredients. Well we were not disappointed with this soap! All of us love it, this is now the only soap we buy. We all use it, which is shocking because we thought it may be too flowery for the boys but it really is a nice mix of a tiny bit floral, but mostly strong tangy smells that make you feel so clean and fresh while using a high fancy quality soap. It makes us feel more dry after too, in a good clean way, than other leading brands that feel “slimy” or chemically. It lasts a while, doesnt vanish or run out fast, as long or longer than most brands. Great quality product, Yardley please don’t change this great soap!

I was reading some reviews about this soap and I was very intrigued to try it being a body wash customer I was curious. I haven’t used soap bars in over 30 years!! I thought body wash was the best to use on my body but now I have changed my mind immensely. This Yardley lavender soap has really changed my shower habits to the point where I’m gonna stock up on this when it’s on sale next week. I purchased four bars to try but now I’m going to load up on it. The body wash leaves my skin kind of slippery and not really clean and I spend more time in the shower trying to get my skin non slippery! Now that I have used this product not only does it cut my shower time down to 10 minutes instead of 20 and my body feels so clean and it actually squeaks which makes me feel wonderful knowing that I am really clean!!! I highly recommend this soap for anyone to try it and see for themselves!!! This is much cheaper than body wash and I feel squeaky clean like fresh sheets LOL. I hope you give it a try…it’s worth it especially buying it next week August 24 through the 27th it’s a good deal!!!!

My Grandma introduced me to Yardley years ago but through the years I have used a lot of different products in my shower. Whatever was popular or advertised I tried. I realize now that all I need is to get clean without irritating my skin. Yardley London English Lavender gets me squeaky clean while being gentle on my skin. The lavender scent makes me enjoy my shower more and after my shower people enjoy me more!
