Excellent Power Strip for Desks and Multi-Device Workstations
I’ve been very satisfied with this HANYCONY surge protector. The combination of 8 AC outlets, USB charging ports, a 5-foot extension cord, and surge protection makes it particularly useful for desks, workstations, and areas where several pieces of electronic equipment need power from one location. The outlet layout is one of the biggest advantages. There is enough room to connect multiple devices without making the strip unnecessarily large, and it works well for a combination of computers, monitors, chargers, network equipment, and other lower-power electronics. Having USB ports built in also reduces the number of individual charging adapters that need to occupy the AC outlets. I also like the braided 5-foot power cord. The additional length provides flexibility when the wall outlet isn't directly behind the equipment, and the braided construction feels durable while still being manageable for cable routing. For an office or technology setup, this makes cable management considerably cleaner. Instead of having several chargers and extension cords scattered around a workstation, most of the equipment can be consolidated into one power distribution point. The 1080-joule surge protection is another useful feature for everyday electronics. I would still use a properly sized UPS for computers, network equipment, or other systems where battery backup and additional power protection are important, but for general peripherals and charging applications, this is a very practical solution. Overall, it provides a good combination of outlet capacity, USB charging, cord length, and surge protection in a compact package. It has worked well for organizing and powering a multi-device setup.

Daughter approves and likes so far :)
I bought two of these surge protectors for my daughter to take to university to use in her dorm room. Sturdy and well made. Good stability. USB ports. Has a power on and off switch. Easy to use. So far my daughter has been happy w this surge protectors, especially bc we live in a place w daily strong storms for a couple of hours each day. Lots of thunder and lighting. We feel her electronics are currently well protected. If this changes, I will update my review. But so far so good!

Quality surge protector and the 45 degree cord angle at the plug is a game changer.
This is a great surge protector and with the 45 degree angle it is easy to install. It is a quality item and the small footprint makes this an ideal surge protector with plenty of outlets and it won't tip over like many strip surge protectors do. A great purchase and a great price.

Perfect for My Outdoor Gym Setup
I use this in my outdoor gym area, and it's been exactly what I needed. It has plenty of outlets and USB ports, so I can power multiple devices without everything feeling cluttered. The long cord gives me flexibility on where I place it, and it feels sturdy and well made. It's been reliable, keeps my workout area organized, and has held up great. I'd definitely recommend it if you need extra outlets for a home gym, workshop, office, or entertainment area.

I really like this power strip - I've bought 4
I really like this power strip. Having 8 outlets plus the USB and USB-C ports gives me plenty of room to charge several devices without needing separate chargers everywhere. The 6-foot cord is a good length, and the USB-C charging works well. It feels sturdy, was easy to set up, and does exactly what I need it to do. Overall, it’s a very useful charging station and I’m happy with it. Four stars.

Reliable, space-saving way to power
This 8-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip is a solid choice. This unit feels sturdy without being bulky. The layout of the 8 AC outlets is well-spaced, making it easier to plug in larger adapters without blocking neighboring ports. The addition of 4 USB ports (including a USB-C) is a big plus, letting you charge phones, tablets, and other gadgets without extra adapters. It offers dependable surge protection for everyday electronics like laptops, monitors, and small appliances. While it’s not designed for heavy-duty industrial equipment, it’s useful for home offices, entertainment setups, or dorm rooms. Built-in overload protection and a power switch with an indicator light add peace of mind. The cord length is practical for most setups, and the flat plug design helps in tight spaces. The combination of AC outlets and USB ports means fewer chargers cluttering your desk. Pros: 8 well-spaced AC outlets 4 USB ports (1 USB-C) for fast charging Surge and overload protection Compact, desk-friendly design Cons: Cord could be longer for some setups Surge protection rating is good but not top-tier for high-end electronics

Was great for my dorm room and still use it every day.
Bought it last year for my dorm and it was great, the side USB and C ports are great, though plugging an actual charger block into it does charge faster. Love the flat plug, makes it easy to fit behind a dresser or bed and it’s visually pleasing. The braided cord still looks new, no fraying, permanent twists/nicks, or that fluffiness braided cords get overtime. Still completely smooth. It also has a switch on the back, never accidentally hit it, which is good. Handles the absolute fire hazard of cables I have sometimes just fine, doesn’t make any noise, and the spacing between the outlets plus the ones on the sides makes it easy to fit everything, never had compatibility issues with any plugs. And the most important part: it holds. The connection is not loose at all, never accidentally pulled a plug out from it. You don’t have to fight it to take a plug out either, it had a good hold but not so ridiculously tight that you can’t pull it out. I put some mounting putty on the bottom and fixed it to my dresser, 100% recommend doing that ( the putty doesn’t work on walls because it gets heavy with plugging stuff in and such. It does have screw head attachment slots for you to mount it on the wall, never tried them though. It also has a LED indicator and it’s not distractingly bright, just enough to be visible. Overall great product.

Surge Protector Power Strip
I like this surge protector power strip because it has space for all size plugs yet doesn't take up a ton of space. So many of the long narrow power strips are oriented only one way, since so many plugs or power bricks have different orientation, most of the time you can't even use half the plugs. With this block, you can easily figure out how to connect different types of plugs. I also like the corded cable and flat plug.
