À la réception du fauteuil roulant, nous avons constaté que la taille n'était pas adéquate pour notre chien (malgré que nous ayons pris des mesures en suivant les recommandations du détaillant). Nous avons donc retourné l'article sans l'avoir utilisé, et en utilisant l'emballage d'origine. Nous avions pris soin de vérifier la politique de remboursement au préalable, et n'avons jamais trouvé d'indications à l'effet que l'article ne serait pas remboursé à 100%. Nous avons perdu une centaine de dollars dans la transaction.

Pug approved
Exactly what we needed to give our pug the ability to more easily navigate the house and yard. Very durable and easily adjustable to accommodate your pets size and shape. Coming from a veterinary technician - I tried other wheelchairs and returned them to purchase this one. Others were to cumbersome getting her in & out of. Walking Wheels makes it easy with the many buckles on the harness. Also they offer the ability to add on front wheels and other accessories as your pets needs change. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone in the market :)

My little old pup is back!
It was a bit tough to assemble, but totally worth it! My senior dog had a first time seizure with his hind legs giving out more than usual. There are days when he does not have the strength to walk. It took him some time to get used to the wheelchair, but I’m so happy that this product is out there to help bring out the spunk and pep in our senior and handicapped pets! They are so special and deserve all the support they can get!

Nice.
First thing I love is the wheels moving smoothly. My miniature poodle doesn't want to ride this wheel chair, she keep pull left feet out from the hanger. For now just practice ride couple of times but hopefully she can enjoy it soon.

Super easy for your pup!
It was a little awkward at first trying to figure out the best way to get her in but with 2 minutes she was zipping around. So glad she has something to keep her from scrapping up her little body.
