Is it fragrant free to repel mosquitos?

I’m not sure that I would say that it repels mosquitoes, but it doesn’t have a scent that attracts mosquitoes. It’s meant for cleaning and moisturizing rather than preventing bug bites.

how do you open the bottle so the pump works?

I must have a different bottle type than yours as mine doesn't have a pump but just the lid attached. I really like this product but still find the smell a little stronger than I'd like. Sorry I couldn't help answer the question.

If it has no soap how dors it wash away bacteria and dirt?
