Can I use this to clean my glass top stove?

I used the this set to clean the glass top stove in my house. It worked wonders. I was cautious with the pressure I used because I was worried about the burner circles.

Do these pads have a “grit”, or are they to be used with a polishing compound? Looking to use them for final mirror polish on aluminum

is this the best for polishing clear plastic gauge lense ?

Might be too rough in texture and ridged for plastic. Sorry, I don't know what a "gauge lense" (lens) is

is this a pad I can use by hand or do I need to attach it to a drill or some other tool?
