I use Gardein products regularly. As a Vegan, it is a go to product. This soup was fine but I do wish that all vegan products could go a little less on salt.

Ive never had this kind of soup before, so not sure how close to the original it is. Having said that, it was very good for canned soup. Positives: Tastes like sausage as far as I can tell. Its been decades since I last ate it. 1 can fills you up. Not overly spiced with herbs, but still good flavor. Would make a good replacement for chicken soup imo. Negatives: A bit on the salty side, but most soups are like that these days. Smells like cat food before you heat it up. - doesnt taste like cat food once heated thank goodness. My can was pretty lacking in contents. Cover shows a very chunky soup. Mine was very watery with rice sized pasta bits and tiny veggies. I dont know if I got an unlucky batch, or if the cover is just misleading. Will likely buy again. Hoping I get better quality control next time and larger pasta with more veggies and sausage.

Delicious soup with no meat! Perfect for vegetarians like me, who still occasionally crave the taste of meat. Everything I’ve tried from Gardein is excellent!

I bought this a while back and just got around to eating it. Really delish! Ngl I came on here to buy a case, but 1) out if stock and 2) noticed the 47% daily sodium. Gardein, get your heads out of your asses and lower the sodium content. It's absurdly unhealthy. Two stars off.
