Will this roll up tightly again after use as a camping pad?

I think it could be rolled back up. Probably not as tight as it is shipped. I don’t know that I would recommend it for a camping mat, it is pretty firm. But if that’s what you’re looking for it would be perfect.

what do I use to cut the foam?

I used a box cutter marked it where I needed it then sliced it was a breeze
