wysłano niewłaściwy produkt, inny model przycisku
Zamawiałem przycisk Grohe Skate Cosmopolitan, a dostałem Grohe Skate Air. Niestety przycisk przyszedł prosto na budowę i panowie zainstalowali go, ponieważ wiedzieli że ma przyjść właściwy przycisk. Wydawało mi się że sprawa przegrana i będę musiał żyć z niewłaściwym przyciskiem albo kupić nowy, jednak podejście Amazon mnie miło zaskoczyło i wymieniono mi przycisk. dziękuję i gratuluję obsługi klienta

replaced this with a silver cover which broke. the white is so much better and fits in with my bathroom. Took about 1 minute to instal and really pleased

The finish color is mislabeled
They are selling two listings as Matte chrome. The one I ordered is actually the starlight Chrome which is a highly reflective finish. I can only assume that the other listing actually is Matt Chrome. I hope someone fixes the listing soon it's going to result in a lot of returned items.
