Good tasting and not to strong
The gun has a good flavor and it’s not do strong where you get nauseated.

It Works
I tried acupuncture, hypnosis, going cold turkey, and finally quit smoking 2 packs a day on Nicorette gum over eight years ago. Cinnamon Surge is my favorite flavor. Now I spend a fortune on Nicorette instead of cigarettes. I am addicted to the gum, but it keeps me off the cigarettes which were causing health issues. My cardiologist says I am better off chewing than smoking, so I am sticking with the gum. For me it’s a miracle to be a non-smoker.

Finally down to 2mg
I kept smoking while and naturally phased out smoking. I went from a pack and a half a day, 4 mg of gum to eventually 2 mg all within one year. My plan is to swap it out until I wean off of this. If you are using this as an aid to quit. Take it slow and don’t give up. Just don’t have done in the past and think this will replace your main addiction. slowly wean yourself off.

Delicious, but addicting
Addicted to Nicorette gum unfortunately. Love the Cinnamon, the White Ice Mint and the Fruit Chill. The Original is awful! Still better than smoking cigarettes or vaping. Took 1 star away just because I've found it addicting... chewing now over 10 years (about 5 pieces of the 2mg a day).
