Quick to cook and very convenient!

You have to boil the sprouts before eating and sometimes they remain hard. Not as good as fresh sprouts but if you don't have time to make your own quite convenient.

Very easy to use. Just boiled for 10 mins and sprouts were instant to use. Taste was like fresh moong sprouts.

I make my own sprouted beans which are delicious so I thought I'd give these ago. Sadly a true waste of time after cooking for nearly 30 minutes I decided after spitting out a a few I thought the would be best chucked out as I did not know anyone who needed gravel. I bought these to try out in salads and stir fry - they proved to be a real eye-opener. Easy to use and a really quick way of adding extra nutrients to meals. My daughters are vegetarian so this is a perfect way of adding a little extra something to dishes, the crunch is lovely and the flavour light and delicious. Easy to store and something to have on hand.

These are perfect finding for sprout salad without having to go through the hassle of soaking etc. 100% recommend it!
