I wanted to try out pumpkin carving this year and was in search of a good starter set that would be sturdy enough so that I can keep reusing it. I was skeptical at first about this set but after reading the reviews, I decided to order it. OMGGG, this is a greeaaat starter's kit for beginners!! Easy to use and sturdy enough to get the job done even though I only used 3 tools out of the whole kit lol. Anyways, my transformers pumpkin didn't turn out too bad for a beginner. If you are carving for the first time, get this set!

Purchased this set to carve a pumpkin for a carving contest. This set is well made. Handles fit comfortably in my hands. Didn’t break any of these carving tools while carving out the pumpkin. By far the best set that we’ve ever owned…and we won the carving contest.

Really was excited to receive this pumpkin carving kit. We used it to carve about 4 or 5 pumpkins and the assortment of tools came in handy and worked great. The only one we had an issue with was the scraping tool. We noticed that the attachment point at the end of the wide scraper into the plastic handle was super thin and would try to bend every time you used it. After several uses (and trying to support it with our finger to keep it from bending) the metal scraper piece broke at the plastic handle. Fortunately the seller was prompt and easy to work with and gave us a partial refund to accommodate one of the tools breaking.

It’s a nice set can’t wait to use it and the extra little gift was cute!!!

this really is the perfect set for carving pumpkins at home with the family. the tools are well made and sharp, making quick work of our pumpkins. they're lightweight and easy to grip. I think they'll last a while!
