Although we received a damaged headboard and dealt with a lot of heartache, the Seller, TG Furniture, managed to replace the headboard and got the bed fixed with excellent service. Now to the product. The bed is heavy and can withstand a lot of weight. The storage space is huge and the hydraulic lifts makes it easy to open and close. Just make sure that not to rearrange the bed coz it's too heavy to push and pull. It is wiser to dismantle it to move it around. The best part about this bed is the storage in the headboard. I would definitely recommend this bed especially from the seller TG Furniture, as they take responsibility as provide excellent service until the very end.

Overall the solid wooden Cot seems to be strong and good in terms of quality. One disappointing part is the top ply (which carries the bed) which looks and feels low quality and lacks finishing. It could have been at least polished or laminated. Hope it lasts long. Installation needed a professional support, which was arranged by seller (after few follow ups). Delivery could be managed more efficiently as I had to struggle and help the delivery associates to get it to my house in floor 1.

It looks exactly as shown in the product description. Wood quality is really good. Very sturdy. Storage space is good too. I will recommend it to others as well. It was an amazing service by TG furniture and especially by Prerit Poddar. The bed arrived before time and free installation was provided the same day. From product order to product delivery, I was always informed about delivery status. It was a really wonderful experience.

Appears good, but installation is ourselves, it is very difficult to fit or to try a carpenter. Fitting screws for head and sides only half inch screws, it is very difficult to fit perfectly and weight is also more

The best product!!!I would like to briefly give u all the things that I got from TG furnitures: 1.Excellent Product-- The bed as described is sturdy and made of Seesham(5 out of 5) 2.Phenomenal Service-- Prerit Poddar(The Hero) is a great person and doing his job by giving his 💯.He will be with you from the phase of order till the product is delivered and post that as well.(5 out of 5) 3.Great After Sales Service-- Here again the credit goes to Prerit as he booked his own carpenter for fitting the bed and then got me connected with the manufacturing head to deliver my review to him and any suggestions.To my surprise, whatever I told them, within a week they got it done to the bed which was delivered to my place.(5 out of 5) 4.Conclusion: Furnitures means Prerit Bhai and TG furnitures. You will be getting the best from them. Trust me and Kudos to Prerit and TG furnitues' team.

The product is good and matches the images shown. With 2 people it can be assembled easily. Good quality and strong bed. There’s no instruction manual though and there’s a minor crack on the back of head board because of which I’m giving a 4 star rating. Overall recommended.

The great thing about it that I was in contact with the seller right from the beginning I was in his touch ,as initially I cancelled it due to some reason. Seller helped me when the delivery partner refused to deliver at my first floor and was charging more, he got it shifted free of cost. Then got it fixed with a fitter in a remote place where I stay, that too free. I would recommend him very much. Price is very reasonable as compared with the market price.

The bed was delivered to me safely but delivery was delayed for one week. All the screws, nuts, bolts, and an Allen was missing in the package. But however, the assigned carpenter had an assemble box and used the same for no extra cost. The bed is made from hard-wood and hence it is very sturdy. The cushions and storage compartments are good. Overall, it is a good product and I recommend it.
