Great solution
Worked prefect. Fixed loose outlet in seconds. Never heard of these before but will definitely purchase again if needed! Way better than oversized screws and way easier than replacing the box

Absolutely perfect
Had a light switch go bad, and when replacing it, the screw hole(?) broke off so I couldn't tighten the switch into the box. Let the plate do some heavy lifting until these arrive. Took 2 seconds to snap in and the screw bit perfectly. You'd never know at all from the outside that anything wasn't just the same inside the box. Saved so much trouble and money as I'm a long way from a DIY kinda guy.

Just what the doctor ordered!
Short and sweet. I installed smart exhaust fan switches in all of our bathrooms, using the fans for whole-house ventilation. When re-installing a single toggle switch, the screw put up a /bit/ of resistance, and then just snapped. The extractors didn't work. I eventually drilled on two sides of the broken piece, figuring I'd ruin the electrical box, but that's life. My way worked well enough for me to get needle-nose pliers on the broken screw stub and back it out. Surprisingly, the threads in the box were still good enough that I could have left it as is and been /fairly/ comfortable buttoning everything up. But I tried the G-clip for a more 'proper' fix. The drywall opening around the box was a bit tighter than I would have liked, so I had to push a bit harder to get the G-Clip in place, but when it went, it went with a satisfying snap. To protect the drywall, I slid a putty knife between the drywall and the box, and then used a jeweler's screwdriver to 'lever' the G-Clip gently into place, centering its hole over the remaining hole in the box. The screw went in smoothly with just enough 'bite' to convince me that the G-Clip was, indeed, solving the problem, and wasn't just acting as a pretty bauble ;-) TL;DR: it worked!

Pricey, but way better than replacing a junction box
Bought a house where prior owner probably used drywall screws to hold switches in box and jacked up the screw holes. These clips went right in and inside went right around the threaded hump. 5 minute fix versus 2 hours to replace box. I didn't want to pay the IMO high unit price, but afterwards, they are worth the price. They hold tight. 4 stars just due to price, but they are the only easy solution I could find.

The ones that didnโt break appear to be holding up
I have a couple of outlets that have popped from the wall. One of them is surrounded by stone tile so rather than replacing the box, a โhandymanโ attempted to secure it by jamming in wood screws. Needless to say, it not only didnโt hold for very long but also tore up the holes so badly that screws no longer have any material to screw into. In attempt to repair this myself I googled a bit and came upon these clips. I wasnโt crazy about the price because Iโm naturally cheap, but I was tired of looking at the duct tape keeping the outlet in place. Anyway, the clips slipped in fairly easily with just a little fiddling around to get them into the correct position. The bottom worked like a charm. I was able to easily fit a proper type screw and secure the bottom of the outlet. Unfortunately, I wasnโt as successful with my the top clip. A little triangular piece broke off from the clip as I was screwing it in, rendering the clip useless. Luckily I had also purchased a similar sort of clippy thing that was longer (and ultimately more durable) so I was able to finish the outlet repair. So far itโs holding up. I only use the outlet for the microwave which stays plugged in. I donโt know how durable these would be on an outlet that sees a lot of plugging and unplugging.

Time, money and labor saver
Loved these things. Never seen them before but boy did I need them. Saved me from having to tear out the old electrical box and replacing it and the sheetrock I would have had to cut out to get the old one out.

Keep the electrical box and stop the wiggle
Fixed a long standing problem that would have cost thousands to repair by remote electrical box from the wall and replacing drywall. Save money and time buy these G clips.

Screw is held solidly.
Did exactly what I wanted it to do. I needed to move switch over one inch because of new door installation. I just bended one of the bottom tabs and fit snug.

Must recommend.
Worked like a dream! No box movement now at all.... and, actually made of metal and not plastic.
