5 stars all the way!
Gave it to my sister's grandson last night for his 2nd birthday. He wanted to play with it right away, and it kept him occupied for so long. I love the multi colors and 3 gadgets to use on the side that also gave him eye hand coordination putting them back where they belong. Good quality and much better than the original Etch a Sketch that we all had when we were younger. The next day shipping and receiving from Amazing was so great since I wanted this great board ASAP once I saw how he loved playing with it at my grandkids' house Last weekend and wanted to get it for his bday party yesterday. I am very pleased and would recommend this great doodle board and ordering it from Amazon.

Great Drawing Board.
Great take on the Magnetic Drawing board. The color gives it that bit of extra fun. The magnet shapes actually work on it and you can create some really cool designs with them. The board is easy to draw on and erases smoothly. It is small enough to travel with so car trips, waiting rooms ect are made easier by taking this along. The one con is that the little magnet shapes fall out constantly. It has a handle at the top for easy carrying but if you don't carry it flat all the shapes fall immediately out. It would be nice if they would "click" into the slots even if it made them a little more difficult to get out.

Good board, but will lot last long.
This was a fairly good doodle board when we recieved it and worked as described. My son has played with it for a feed days straight after receiving it for Christmas. The one bad thing about the board is That the plastic over the board seemed somewhat weak, as a hole was punctured in the board just a few days after receiving it and began to leak (you can somewhat see the puncture and leak in the picture). I am sure my son was bearing down too hard (which is why I gave 3 stars), but it really should have made it more than 3 days.

Great for toddlers
Updating the review after 2 months. The plastic pen broke. Partially because my toddler son is so rough with it, but I didn't expect it to fall apart like a crayon. I am adjusting 5 stars down to 4 cuz it's still a great product, but the pen needs to be more rugged. I've attached a photo of where it broke and the magnet piece fell out. This was shipped in red even though the photo shows blue, which was no big deal. We bought this as a surprise toy for our almost 2 year old for a 15 hour road trip. It was a huge success and conintues to be his favorite toy around the house. He loves to draw and I cannot devote that much one on one time to surpervise real crayons, so it's a win win situation with this purchase. He is very rough with the attached pen and the board so it didn't take long for the drawings to not clear to the fullest but it's only visible if you look real closely. I love that the pen is thicker, making it easier to hold. I also love the 4 quadrants of colors rather than one gray tone. Surprisingly, we haven't lost the shaped magnets yet, and while he likes playing with them, they don't add major value for me. The overall size of the board is also perfect for his little body, and the plastic handle allows him to carry it around the house easily. I 100% recommend this if you've got toddlers.

Indestructable fun.
My 2.5 year old carries this around with her all the time. Calls it her "Paw Pad". Pretends to be writing messages and sending them. She's learned to draw some basic shapes. The magnetic shapes work well for quick drawing and making little scenes (as well as quick smears that 2.5 year olds like). I just wish these attached magnetically rather than with a little peg. Nice feature is that the screen is divided into three regions, each of which shows drawing in a different color. This is fun and allows some creativity. The slider that erases the screen is also fun. Seem pretty durable as well. Overall - indestructible fun.

Definitely five star
I bought this item for my toddler who likes it very much. Love those multiple colors when you write on the board. The eraser at the bottom is very comfortable for kids to use. My baby sees the eraser like a magic, 'swish....' the lines are gone. The small slot for the magnetic pen is very compact and useful. You no longer search for the pen as it is attached always and just to the perfect length. The thread that is attached to the pen is very durable. The little shapes on the left are very interesting. My kid is so happy that she can draw stars and cars in different colors. She likes experimenting with these shapes. Definitely five star. This is a must have for kids who likes to scribble and draw a lot. I definitely recommend this product. I bought 2 of this product one for us and another one as a gift. The pen in one of those boards broke as my toddler was experimenting that a bit, completely our fault not a quality problem in any way. I contacted the seller to get a replacement pen for purchase. But they sent me a whole new doodle board free of cost. I am so happy and so is my toddler. I would give them a five star for their prompt reply and extra ordinary service.

Pen is gone. Pad is broken
I've only had the doodle pad about 2 weeks and already the pen has come off the cord. My husband fixed it the first time and soon after it came off again. As you might've guessed with a pen unattached, it is now nowhere to be found. It's pretty cheap made too. My 16 month old barely stepped on it by accident and broke the bottom piece. And the magnets have to be turned outward each time to click back into their spots, which they don't do very securely, and it gets annoying. My nephew has the fisher price doodle slim and it's so much sturdier. I will be getting it.

Great entertainment for my almost 3 year old grandson
Oh my goodness, does he love this. I bought this to entertain him when he visits my house. His 8 year old brother plays Fortnite on the Ipad, and so now the younger grandson calls this his Ipad. He spent hours doodling, erasing, stamping, erasing, and on and on. He loves this. It is a perfect size for him to carry or hold in his lap to draw on while big brother is on his Ipad for his allotted 30 minutes. Then they both play on this. A great attention grabber and very entertaining.
