I love the taste of these. It has a slight after taste that sticks around on your tongue, but the taste makes up for it.

Part of my bariatric routine
I had bariatric surgery back in 2021 and this is one of my go to as far as my vitamin routine. I take one three times a day and it’s almost like a sweet treat, but they’re not too sweet. They’re just right. I love these.

Oh my gosh, these taste so good! I have to remind myself they are a vitamin. They taste great and have all.the nutrients I need in a chew. A+

Calcium Chews
They are easy to chew and the taste is not bad. I can take them on the go and they have become my favorite. After my Bariatric surgery I tried calcium pills and liquid calcium. Taking calcium in pill form was okay but I had to take five per dose. And the liquid only tasted good if I mixed it into a smoothie. Also, they don’t make my stomach upset with or without food.
