It helps suppress hunger . If you use regularly, I would suggest taking two . Also have a break from taking it … a few months or more then go back to it. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water :).

Perfect
I took these for 1 month, I was losing weight had more energy. I then decided to see how I would feel not taking them. I felt tired so much, no energy put on weight and generally awful. I brought some more can't believe within a few days of taking them I've lost 6lb, feel much more awake. Will continue until I can't afford them. Personally they work extremely well. Do what I did give it a go.

Had high hope's for this product, very dissapointed. All the gummies were congealed and stuck together so you would have to use a fork or spoon to get one out of the jar so really not user friendly. Due to them been congealed it puts you off taking them. Are they the real deal? Goodness knows. I would of requested a refund but they dont offer one, so they have gone in the bin. What a waste of money. I wish I'd read other reviews on this product before purchasing!
