I will fold the belt to center and face the folding edges that face to top and then pull the belt over the head till under arms, from there I wil pull belt easily on tommy by flipping the folding

Where do I measure for waist measurement?

Around the biggest part of your body. I ordered and had to return, it is super tight and hard to pull over my hips and I’m a 32 inches and 30 inch around 2 months postpartum.

I'd personally say get a xl to be on safe side of comfort I'm 5'6 just had a baby 2 weeks ago before birth I was 188 pounds and I ordered a large and it was too small/tight I have no idea how much I weigh post partum but just my opinion I wish I got a xl
