Buy it!
Bought a few things similar to this to cover a crumbling brick/plastered wall from a TV removal, this one stuck and stayed stuck. No issues and it done better than others that we tried previously. Easy to fit, wider than the any other I bought, easy to use and the best value for money for my use. Wish I got this before others I bought as I would've saved a few pennies.

Handy having a wide drywall tape that's not available locally. Sticks well and quite strong. Used across wooden lathes fitting old plaster to new plasterboard.

Does the job but I wish it was stickier
Sticks to the ceiling as required. It doesn't stick to itself if you need to overlap, it peels off.

Not bad for repairing plastering were ripping of is not a option on old building

Does the job I used this to cover holes in the ceiling made by our electrician for access no cracking has appeared since I used a fine surface filler over it
