Good results already
I started taking this 10 days ago and have seen a significant improvement in my overall health already. Specifically in my cognitive ability and brain function. I am sharper and clearer with less brain fog. My eyesight seems to have improved also. I'm noticing clearer vision with and without my reading glasses. This is remarkable and completely unexpected since I started taking these to help with the built up plaque in my arteries. Clearer vision is a real bonus! There have been significant studies showing the positive effects by taking Camu Camu. This is a great Certified Organic product that's easily digested. The price is good for a 2 month supply making it really is cost effective. I'm happy I found this brand and feel it's working for me. I plan to continue taking it.

works for me
I have trouble taking high doses of vitamin C. My health protocol needs 1000mg of vitamin C, or more per day. I can only take 500mg. So this brand of Camu Camu helps me get more vitamin C in forms that my body can use without the side effects of ascorbic acid in high doses. No taste, regular size, easy for me to swallow. These are not dissolvable.

Great value
I was previously using Megafood C Complex for my daily vitamin C supplementation. It was really expensive and I only bought it because it was made from whole foods. Then I stumbled upon this supplement. It has a similar per tab/capsule dose of 200mg and is also made from whole foods. However, it only costs 1/4 of the price of the Megafood C Complex. I've verified that it was made from whole foods with the manufacturer. I like the fact that it's in a capsule rather than tablet form that Megafood had. From what I understand, big tablets take a really long time to dissolve in your GI tract and if you have weak digestion then the tablet won't fully dissolve.
