How is this product which is called "calm ear" different from the miracell product called pro ear?

They are the same formula. ProEar is our audiology industry exclusive label, while Calm Ear is the retail label.

Does it help clear out ear wax build up?

I don't believe so. There are other products for that that you can pick up at any drug store. Calm ear just helps reduce itching, which in my case leads to scratching, which leads to infections. Wax removal products loosen and break up wax so that it can be rinsed out with warm water.

Do youbhave to use it everyday ? It is comes back once you stop using it ?

I have used it to lubricate my ears and reduce itching. It can be used as needed... Different people need more or less. I have used it a couple times a day sometimes, and other times once every couple days. When I stopped using it for a while, the dryness did come back ... I guess it depends on what you are using it for. If it is a chronic condition, then you would have to keep using it.
