The photo show an adult wearing the hat however my experience is that they are sized very small...used for 3rd graders and for some of them they barely fit. For our purpose using them for one song performance they fit our budget.

Thin but good.
These hasts are good, not great. They are a thin plastic and very lightweight. For our purpose they worked fine. The color band around the hat is made out of paper and the colors are good. They fit most adult heads.

Damaged, and stuck together
Hats were bent, crinkled, and damaged when they arrived. Note that they are made of plastic. Additionally, they were extremely stuck together and required significant force to pull apart.

It’s almost impossible to separate them. The band is paper and it tears when trying to separate the hats. Maybe they should a sheet of paper between each hat.
