A good quality product. Sound quality is very good. It is not a costly headphone according to sound quality

Using since 6 months and they never disappoints me sound quality is good , bass is not that much deep that much I was thinking but the bass is clear and little deep , range is ok ok , quality should be more better the ear cushions are not very soft , features are good , the best thing in this is the weight it is not too heavy or not too light. My final conclusion is that according to price JBL should offer more deep bass and more features they have written in very big letters on the box "PURE BASS" but not that much pure that I expected.

After 1 year of use, I can say that it is extremely good product. Looks attractive and stylish with JBL logo on both earpieces. Flawlessly gets connected with more than 1 device. (Yes you can connect it to 2 devices). Nice qualty and durable. Good battery life, sound quality is extermely good and JBL is not disappointing on this one. Call quality and Mics are working well. After 1 year of use, the pads of earphone have torned off but this is normal with any headphone. Fits nicely over the head and is flexible to resize with user requirement. Overall nice prodcut.

Sound is good. But, sometimes when i pause the music, it will disconnect the sound automatically. I try to reconnect the sound many times. When i power off waiting 2-3 minutes. It can reconnect the sound.

The headphones are a good option for you if just listen to music and watch movies because the bass of these headphones are good for this price point and there is not much latency in daily use. I noticed huge latency the moment i tried to play a game wearing these. The sound kind of gets muffled when you call somebody wearing these and there is no noise cancellation and the mic quality is not that good. they are uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time because the foam is too small and looks like it was made to fit kids.if your ears hurt while wearing headphones do not buy these.Also do not run while wearing these as these headphones move a lot if you try running.

Been using this for a month and here's what I can describe about this product. NOT the best product but for the price point in this brand? I really can't complain. The build product feels cheap, like plastic or maybe is it plastic? I don't know but it feels cheap with matte finish and simple design. The meat of the product, The sound quality is fine but the bass, I won't call it great yet won't call it decent. If I was given a scale to rate the bass of this speaker, I would give it 6.5 or 7 at best out of 10. Noise Cancelling is great here, haven't gotten issue with this part so far. The battery is fine, since I use it on everyday basis I think, I can get at best 3 to 4 hours a day without charging for a week's use. The comfort is assuring, I never once found discomfort using this product nor irritations, able to move around hassle-free. The cushion, however looks rugged which I personally don't like, was comfy providing protection to my hear. Honestly, I'd give this product 3.5 or 3.75 out of 5 overall, as I am not a huge fan of it's bass, it's just on the borderline mark, and the placeholder on where you need to charge, this particular product made me feel I was solving a rubix cube to find the placeholder. I have gone through the instructions but, at times when I'm on rush or something related to it, I don't find comfort finding the ports on this product.

Já tive a versão antiga desse fone, ele já era muito bom mas não possuía as funções de voz, atender ligações, etc que esse possui. O som é muito bom, nítido e com bons graves, ele abafa bastante ruídos externos, mas se você aumentar o volume no máximo e estiver em local quieto é possível que outras pessoas ouçam seu som baixinho. Para mim o tamanho do ajuste é perfeito, e como ele tem um eixo na parte que fica em contato com as orelhas ele adapta bem ao formato da cabeça, porém para pessoas que possuem uma circunferência de cabeça um pouco maior pode ser desconfortável por ser bem justo. A parte da orelha em si não “abraça” a orelha como alguns headsets, ela é pequena e fica em cima, para mim não é problema mas para meu namorado já fica desconfortável. A bateria dura muito, a fabricante promete 40h de uso e na minha experiência realmente atende a essa expectativa. Ele vem com cabo de alimentação USB-C, manual de instruções e cartão de garantia. Sugiro que guardem a caixa e a garantia, o meu antigo precisou ser trocado por um defeito de fabricação e eles foram muito solícitos e rápidos. Por ser um modelo novo acredito que esse não dará problemas mas não custa prevenir. Para quem não quer gastar muito e quer um produto que entregue som com qualidade e bateria de longa duração, eu recomendo esse produto.
